Still searching for first UFC win
Falcao lost to Victor Henry via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Falcao made his UFC debut 364 days ago, dropping a unanimous decision to Victor Hugo on short notice. He got a full training camp here, but was unable to emerge with the win. To Falcao's credit, he worked his way back into the fight in Round 2 after getting dropped and nearly finished in the opening frame. With the result in the balance in Round 3, the Brazilian tired, and Henry took advantage with a few big blows. Falcao will probably get another shot with the company, but will likely need a win to save his job.

Taking on Victor Henry
Falcao will take on Victory Henry in a bantamweight bout at UFC Vegas 105 on April 5, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Falcao took a loss in his first bout with the promotion, falling to Victor Hugo via unanimous decision back in April of 2024. Nearly exactly one year later, he'll seek redemption and look for his first win in the UFC. His opponent Henry sits at 3-2 in the promotion but is also coming off a loss in his last bout.

Falls via late-notice decision
Falcao lost to Victor Hugo via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 27-30) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Accepting this fight following the withdrawal of Heili Alateng about a week ago, Falcao started strong before predictably fading. He landed his only successful takedown in Round 1 and was able to match Hugo blow-for-blow, but his striking defense regressed considerably over the course of the final ten minutes, allowing Hugo to earn the decision. Falcao will certainly receive another shot with the company due to his willingness to "save" this bout. We'll see how he looks next time out with a full training camp under his belt.

UFC debut scheduled
Falcao is scheduled to compete against Victor Hugo at UFC Vegas 90 on Saturday, per Alex Behunin of MMA Mania.
ANALYSIS
Falcao, a former entrant in Dana White's Contender Series, will make his UFC debut on just under a week's notice to fight Hugo. Hugo was scheduled to compete against Heili Alateng before the latter withdrew from their scheduled bout.
