Comes up short in UFC debut
Koslow lost to Cameron Saaiman via TKO (strikes) at 4:13 of Round 3 at UFC 282 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Entering with an undefeated 6-0 professional record with all six wins coming via submission, Koslow found himself on the short end of a back-and-forth battle. His wrestling was on point, landing 5-of-9 takedown attempts, but Saaiman proved to be the considerably stronger man at the point of attack. Koslow also absorbed a vicious illegal knee in Round 2 which left him dazed for an extended period of time. He could have walked away with what would have certainly been a DQ win, but he elected to continue. Set to turn 26 years of age in late-January, Koslow will certainly get another opportunity with the company.
