2025 Fantasy Outlook
Nketiah joined Crystal Palace with plenty of promise and assumption he'd jump into the starting XI. Instead, he started just nine times in his 29 appearances, scoring three goals. He was given opportunities early in the season when he ripped shots and didn't score. From there, Ismaila Sarr became the starter and never relented. Most of Nketiah's minutes later in the season came when Jean-Philippe Mateta missed time or was rested. One thing Nketiah can say is that he takes a lot of shots when in the XI. The downside is that the goals and consistent starts rarely came, something that again will be an issue in 2025/26.
Should return after break
Nketiah (hamstring) is expected to return after November's international break, manager Olivier Glasner told media during Friday's pre-match press conference. "We had a scan [on Nketiah] yesterday. The result came back and was better than what our [original] concerns were. It's a minor muscle injury. It looks like he'll be back after the international break. So he will miss three games but then should be back. It's a positive result from the scan."
ANALYSIS
Nketiah suffered the injury in the Carabao Cup win over Liverpool on Wednesday. The striker is a depth option in the attack, so his absence won't be much of an issue in most fantasy formats.

Suffers hamstring injury
Nketiah suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of Wednesday's Carabao Cup victory against Liverpool and is set to spend some time on the sidelines again, coach Oliver Glasner confirmed in a press conference, according to the News Shopper. "But unfortunately, we had to bring him on at half time because Eddie Nketiah injured his hamstring again. Eddie's injury is really tough, especially for him. It's the next one after he missed the whole of pre-season and the start of the season. Hopefully, it is not too serious."

Could still leave Arsenal
Nketiah is being linked with a move to Crystal Palace before the transfer window closes Friday, according to The Athletic.
ANALYSIS
Nketiah's proposed deal to Nottingham Forest broke down, but that doesn't mean the striker won't leave Arsenal this summer. Crystal Palace are open to signing the 25-year-old, but it's unclear if both teams will have enough time to get a deal done before the end of the transfer window Friday.
