2025 Fantasy Outlook
Beto is coming off a strong season with Everton, one where he ranked second on the team with eight goals despite starting fewer than half of his team's matches. Seven of those goals came in the final 16 matches where he found himself as a regular starter under new manager David Moyes, which bodes well for him heading into next season. He proved to be highly productive when in Everton's starting XI, and after his strong end to the season, he will likely be the starting striker for the 2025/26 campaign. With that increase in playing time likely coming, Beto could be in for a big season as the focal point of Everton's attack.
Injury not considered concussion
Beto was not a concussion sub in Sunday's Merseyside derby, reports Giulia Bould of BBC.
ANALYSIS
Beto took a blow to the head Sunday, but fortunately it wasn't considered a concussion at the time. If that's confirmed during the week, he could be back in the XI for Saturday's trip to West Ham, depending on the severity of the injury. He took a shot under his eye and that seemed to be most of the injury. If he can't go next game, Thierno Barry will likely return to the XI.
