Hannes Hermann

Hermann has spent 10 years in the HSV academy and served as the undisputed number one for the club's U21 side across the past two seasons, making 60 appearances and keeping 17 clean sheets in the Regionalliga. Hermann has also represented Germany at youth level from U17 through to U20, making his debut at the latter level in November before earning a second cap in March. Sporting director Claus Costa described the loan as exactly the right step for his development, with Regensburg providing the opportunity to accumulate as many third-division minutes as possible at the highest level available to him at this stage of his career.
