2025 Fantasy Outlook
Hinshelwood had somewhat of a breakout last season, exploding for five goals (though three came in the final two matches) and two assists in 1,846 minutes. His versatility allowed him to start multiple matches at right-back and in the midfield. Outside of an injury that cost him a couple months in the middle of the season, he was a regular in the XI, starting 22 matches. Given that he can play numerous positions and seems to be a favorite of Fabian Hurzeler, he could see more time in 2025/26, though in a deeper role, his goal production will continue to be sporadic.
Working towards return
Hinshelwood (ankle) is still not an option but is nearing a return, according to his club.
ANALYSIS
Hinshelwood is still recovering fitness from his ankle injury and is not yet an option, missing since early September. However, he is nearing a return to action and is likely in need of just a few more weeks of training and recovery. He will likely eye a return following the international break, with a possible return when facing Brentford on Nov. 22.
