Jason Steele
36-Year-Old
Brighton & Hove Albion
Premier
Serving as backup
Steele has yet to make a Premier League appearance this season, with his playing time limited to cup competition, while he has also been named in the England squad for the upcoming Nations League fixtures.
ANALYSIS
Steele remains Brighton's second-choice goalkeeper behind undisputed starter Bart Verbruggen and is unlikely to see regular Premier League minutes while the Dutchman is available. Steele has instead received opportunities in the Carabao Cup and should continue to feature primarily in cup competitions, with European matches potentially providing additional playing time. His place in the England squad nevertheless highlights his standing despite his limited club minutes.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Arsenal looking at him
Steele is one of many goalkeepers Arsenal are keeping close tabs on ahead of the summer transfer window, according to The London Evening Standard.
ANALYSIS
Arsenal are set to sign David Raya to a multi-year, permanent deal in the summer, which will result in Aaron Ramsdale's departure. If that is confirmed, the Gunners will need to sign a new goalkeeper, either to perform as a backup or to compete for the starting gig with Raya. Steele has enjoyed an excellent season at Brighton, but if he were to move to Arsenal, he'd likely end up as Raya's backup.
