Jeffinho will be spending the next year on loan in his home country of Brazil, having been loaned out to Botafogo until Dec. 31, 2024. This move seems to only be for the development of the player, as he was not getting much time with Lyon, only appearing in 10 matches this season while providing one goal on 11 shots and one assist on six chances created. He should see a decent amount of playing time while in Brazil and should come in fighting for starting minutes, as the 24-year-old is a decent player that still has some room to grow.
