Signs with LA Galaxy
Jorgensen has signed a two-year contract with LA Galaxy through the end of the 2026 MLS season, joining from Belgian side Anderlecht, the club announced. "We are thrilled to welcome Zanka to the LA Galaxy. Zanka is a five-time Danish League and Danish Cup champion, has experience in the English Premier League, and has represented Denmark in over 30 matches, including at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Zanka's quality and experience will be a great addition to our group as we prepare to participate in multiple competitions in the upcoming season," said LA Galaxy General Manager Will Kuntz.

Jorgensen has made over 500 professional appearances across top leagues in Belgium, Denmark, England, Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey since his debut in the 2007-08 season. He is joining the 2024 Major League Soccer champions, a team that conceded the most goals in the regular season among the top five teams in both the Eastern and Western Conferences with 50 goals allowed. Jorgensen's extensive experience and leadership will aim to strengthen the squad's defense for the 2025 season.
