Scores first goal with Belgium
Godts scored in Belgium's 2-0 win over Italy in the Nations League on Friday, opening the scoring for his first goal with Belgium in the 20th minute as new coach Mark van Bommel's side dominated in Rome, according to L'Equipe.
ANALYSIS
Godts has appeared as a substitute in all five of PSG's opening Ligue 1 matches without making a start, playing 118 minutes while still adapting to his new club and coach Luis Enrique's ideas, though he did register his first assist against Lille. This international goal is an encouraging sign of his form, and Belgium will next face France on Monday.
