Parks spent the 2023 season with the Sky, averaging 3.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per game across 37 regular-season appearances (two starts). She received a reserved qualifying offer from Chicago ahead of the 2024 campaign but didn't return to the club before the team renounced her rights. However, she received a qualifying offer from the Sun during the offseason and made the team's Opening Night roster, even after Connecticut selected Aneesah Morrow in the first round of this year's draft. When the team is fully healthy, Parks will likely need to settle for a bench role behind Morrow and Olivia Nelson-Ododa. Connecticut will replace the 6-foot-1 wing on the roster with forward Jaelyn Brown, who was signed to a rest-of-season deal. Parks had appeared in six of Connecticut's first seven games and shot just 20 percent from the field in 10.3 minutes per contest.
