- Traded from the Rockies to the Yankees this week, Capuano made his AL debut pitching six innings against the Blue Jays with two earned runs allowed, four walks, and four strikeouts. On the season he has a 4.30 ERA (4.10 FIP) with 33 strikeouts and 19 walks over 37.2 IP. The start he made on Saturday was his first of the season and first since 2013, when he was a member of the Dodgers. A fly ball pitcher, it's nice for him to get out of Coors Field, but the AL East isn't likely to be much more accommodating. For now the Yankees will roll him out there because they really don't have many other options. If that's the case for your AL only fantasy team as well, then bid cautiously.
