Gordon Hayward continues to be a focal point of the Jazz offense, and while they are unlikely to beat the Warriors on Wednesday, there could be plenty of fantasy points to go around.

RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2016-17

There was no outlook written for Jeremy Evans.

2015-16

The former Dunk Champion failed to build on a career-year in 2013-14 and found himself on the outside of the Utah rotation last season. He appeared in just 38 games, averaging seven minutes per game. Evans finished the season averaging 3.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 0.3 assists. He remained dangerous around the rim, shooting 55 percent from the field and 40 percent from behind the arc, albeit on just five attempts. Unfortunately, he still hasn't developed a reliable jump shot as 90 percent of his shot attempts came within three feet of the basket. As a result, the Jazz opted not to re-sign the sixth-year forward, paving the way for him to sign a two-year contract with the Mavericks. Dallas has had success with other players who had Evans' skill set, notably Al-Farouq Aminu, but Evans will have to fight for minutes in a crowded Mavs frontcourt.

2014-15

Jeremy Evans is entering his fifth season in the NBA and will provide depth off Utah's bench. He played in a career-high 66 games last season while averaging 6.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.7 blocks in 18 minutes per game. It was easily the best statistical season of his career, but the former slam dunk champion may have trouble matching it in 2014-15 with Utah's offseason acquisitions of rookie Rodney Hood and veteran Steve Novak. The 26-year-old was an established contributor in the rotation last season but now may have trouble seeing time on the court under the direction of new head coach Quin Snyder. Considering that the Jazz had such a poor season in 2013-14, Evans was able to corral more minutes on the court than he probably should have.

2013-14

Evans has never appeared in 50 games in a season and is coming off a year where he averaged 2.0 points per game in 37 appearances. He'll probably get some more looks this year, just because of how depleted the bench is but is unlikely to be much of a factor.

2012-13

Evans is an exciting athletic wing man with size. His game is still raw, but there were several promising moments in his rookie season. Evans will continue to spend most of his time on the Jazz bench learning and filling in during garbage time for the most part in his second season.

2011-12

Jeremy Evans is entering his second year and he is unlikely to see much more time on the court than he did last year. This should be another year of development and watching from the bench the majority of time.

2010-11

Evans is a rookie who is unlikely to see much playing time this year. He could see time in the D-League in order to improve his skill set. He's a thin and athletic forward who has a decent inside game.
