Horford is no longer suspended but won't play Saturday against Mississippi State, Kevin Brockway of The Gainesville Sun reports.

Horford was suspended one game for "conduct detrimental to the team," but it appears he will miss multiple games due to his actions, though he is no longer suspended. Chris Walker will likely receive another start in his place.

College Hoops Barometer: Can Kentucky be Beat?

Kentucky looks unbeatable, but if anyone can knock off the nation's top team it might be Montrezl Harrell and Louisville.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Horford has been suspended for one game due to "conduct detrimental to the team," per OnlyGators.

With Horford out, Chris Walker will likely slide in as starting center. This comes at a bad time for the Gators, as they have lost their leading rebounder for their visit to a South Carolina team that is seventh in the country in rebounding.

Horford managed 12 points, eight rebounds, one assist and two blocks against Jacksonville on Sunday.

Horford played 23 minutes and showed no ill effects from his prior knee injury.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Horford (knee) had 10 points (5-7 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds and a block over 18 minutes in Friday's victory over Texas Sourthern.

Horford drew the start at center for the Gators, but his 18 minutes played were the least of all starters. The senior big man dealt with swelling in his knee earlier last week, so head coach Billy Donovan was likely limiting his reps in a game Florida was expected to win by a substantial margin. The senior forward should be a steady source of scoring and rebounding this season, and his numbers will only get better as he's allowed to take on more minutes.

Horford is currently dealing with a knee injury and has sustained severe swelling, Edgar Thompson of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Horford sustained the injury during Monday's game against Yale and it's still undetermined if he'll have to spend time off the court to let the swelling go down. He should be considered day-to-day heading into Friday's contest against Texas Southern.

Horford managed eight points and eight rebounds against UAB on Thursday.

The graduate transfer is averaging 11.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game for the Gators.

Horford announced he will transfer to Florida, where he'll be eligible for the 2014-15 season, ESPN.com reports.

As a graduate transfer, Horford will be eligible to play immediately and he figures to help a Gators team dealing with the graduations of Patric Young and Will Yeguete. The younger brother of former Gators star Al Horford averaged 3.8 points and 4.2 rebounds for Michigan last season, playing just 13.8 minutes per game.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Horford appears to be leaning towards transferring to the Florida Gators, ESPN's Jeff Goodman reports.

Head coach Billy Donovan is very familiar with the Horford family after coaching big brother Al Horford to two NCAA Championships, so this move would make a lot of sense. While Jon is not the basketball player is older brother is, he could provide valuable depth on a Gators team that will graduate most of their frontcourt this offseason.
