Harrell dominated Friday night's bout versus Minnesota, finishing with 30 points (9-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 9-10 FT), seven rebounds and two steals in an 81-68 victory.

In a contest that featured a father-versus-son coaching duel, Harrell stole the show on the floor. That shoud be expected to continue going forward this season, as the 6-8 junior is one of the nation's top overall players.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Harrell averaged 17.5 points in Louisville's two exhibition wins. He added 7.0 rebounds and hit a 3-pointer.

Harrell may have been playing with perimeter shooting in the exhibition season, even though his bread and butter is in the paint. His field goal percentage may dip if he attempts many 3-pointers, but he should be a great play against Minnesota because the Golden Gophers (like most teams) do not have an answer for the 6-8, 240 lb junior.

Harrell will return to Louisville for his junior season, ESPN.com reports.

Harrell projected as a late first-round pick, so it is somewhat surprising to hear he will be returning to Louisville for another season. Even thought the Cardinals will lose two stars in Russ Smith and Luke Hancock, they will return plenty of talent, and with the addition of some highly regarded freshmen, the team should again be highly competitive next season and in the NCAA tournament.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Harrell is Louisville's second leading scorer and has seen a decent uptick in playing time since the dismissal of Chane Behanan.

He has notched double-doubles in two of his last three games, and should be relied on more going forward.

Harrell injured his knee and had to leave the Adidas Nations camp early, CBS Sports reports. The injury is not considered serious.

Harrell is a breakout candidate in his second year with the Cardinals. He averaged 5.7 points and 3.6 rebounds off the bench for the national champions, but should see a big increase in playing time as a sophomore.

Harrell came up with a career-high 20 points to go along with seven rebounds on Saturday in the win over Syracuse in the Big East final.

Harrell came through with a big game as he found the gaps in the Orange zone for a couple of big dunks. He brought a lot of energy to the Cardinals and came up with his best game in the biggest time.
