Coach Rick Pitino indicated Monday that Harrell will enter the 2015 NBA Draft, Jeff Greer of The Courier-Journal reports.

Harrell's entrance in the draft shouldn't come as much of a surprise given his output this season. Over the campaign, he averaged 15.7 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists. He and Terry Rozier's exit, along with potential transfers of up to three players, could leave the Cardinals scrambling to put together a competitive roster in 2015-16.

Harrell posted a big double-double in Saturday's upset of No. 2 Virginia, finishing with 20 points (7-14 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and two steals in 37 minutes.

With Harrell leading the way, Louisville's (24-7, 12-6 ACC) late-season run was capped off with a huge victory over Virginia (28-2, 16-2 ACC) on Saturday. The Cardinals finished off their regular season by winning 4-of-5 games. During that span, their junior big man has certainly played like a Wooden Award contender, putting up three double-doubles while averaging 17.6 points, 10.0 boards and 1.8 steals overall.

With his team staring at a 10-point deficit at the half and possibly facing their third consecutive loss, Harrell almost single-handedly willed Louisville to a victory Saturday afternoon. RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Harrell (susp.) finished with nine points (4-9 FG, 1-3 FT), eight rebounds and two steals in 40 minutes during Sunday's tough 58-50 loss to archrival Kentucky.

In a marquee matchup between Top-5 teams, Harrell, coming off of a one-game suspension, put up his weakest effort of 2014-15. The Wooden Award candidate failed to reach double-digits in points for the first time in his junior campaign. He also shot under 50 percent from the floor for the first time in 11 games this season. Harrell will look to rebound from this pedestrian performance Tuesday versus Long Beach State.

Harrell will be suspended one game for throwing a punch in his last contest, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reports.

This suspension will cost Harrell a game against Cal State Northridge, but will likely not cost Louisville the victory. Harrell will return for the huge inter-state game against Kentucky later in the week.
