Williams had 11 points (3-5 FG, 5-8 FT), four rebounds and two steals over 23 minutes in Thursday's victory over SMU.

Williams, along with guard Stanford Robinson, both returned to the court in that contest following four-game suspensions for failed drug tests. Although Williams came off the bench in that game, starting forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea had just three points in 29 minutes, so there's definitely an opportunity for more playing time in the Hoosiers' frontcourt.

Williams will be suspended for the first four games of the season after failing a drug test, Pete DiPrimio of The News-Sentinel reports.

Williams is expected to have a large role during Indiana's upcoming campaign but will have to stay off the court for the first part of the season. He averaged 7.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 0.9 assists as a freshman last year.

Williams has been suspended due to a failed drug test, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reports.

Both Williams and teammate Stanford Robinson have been suspended indefinitely for the beginning of the 2014-15 season. Williams, a 6-7 sophomore, averaged 7.3 points and 4.4 rebounds in 21.5 minutes per game last season.

Williams, a 6-7 freshman forward, will miss a few weeks after injuring his hand during workouts, AP reports.

Williams and forward Noah Vonleh are the jewels of the 2013 Hoosier recruiting class. With Cody Zeller and Christian Watford moving on, there are plenty of available minutes for young players on the 2013-14 Hoosiers. If Williams can get healthy, he could be in for sizable playing time.
