Mitchell topped 45 percent shooting for a second straight appearance and matched his best made free throw total in 12 outings to pace Grambling State in scoring on Tuesday night. The junior from New York, NY also logged multiple assists for a second consecutive showing and tallied his third steal and block each for the month of March in the defeat. The guard closes out 2015-16 the Tigers' leader in points per game (11.7) and one of only two GSU players to shoot better than 30 percent from long range. To his overall numbers in conference play, Mitchell adds a median 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 26.8 minutes playing time.
