RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Rathan-Mayes, a highly touted freshman, was declared ineligible for the 2013-14 season, ESPN.com reports.

The 6-4 native of Canada was expected to compete for the starting point guard spot for the Seminoles. Devon Bookert and Montay Brandon, a pair of sophomores, will compete for the starting role.
