Cole picked up his second clean sheet of the season in Thursday's draw against Sporting Kansas City.

Cole hasn't made the smoothest of transitions to MLS this year, but continues to see the field. He'll be an interesting option along with the Galaxy defense next match at Toronto, a team that has 14 goals in 13 games this year.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole, who sat out last week's loss to Colorado, should be fine for this weekend's game against San Jose.

The Galaxy defense has been considerably better whenever Cole has been able to play, so this is big news for the Galaxy's chances in the "California Clasico."

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole is on the bench Saturday against Colorado because of slight tightness, according to Adam Serrano of the team's official website.

A.J. DeLaGarza and Robbie Rogers are lining up as the fullbacks Saturday, with Daniel Steres and Jelle Van Damme in the middle. Cole was fairly solid in his MLS debut last week, and if the tightness doesn't lead to anything more serious, he'll likely grab his starting spot back next week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole signed with the Galaxy on Wednesday.

Cole most recently was employed by AS Roma the past two years but previously saw stops at Chelsea, Crystal Palace, and Arsenal. He'll be a surefire starter for the Galaxy in 2016 while having plenty of opportunities for clean sheets but he isn't necessarily considered an offensive threat.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole has official left AS Roma by mutual consent and appears headed for Major League Soccer, Football Italia reports.

Cole didn't fit in with Roma so leaving is the only option that makes sense.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole officially signed a two-year contract with AS Roma on Monday, the club's official web site reports.

Cole was out of contract with Chelsea and it did not appear that the club was interested in bringing him back. He is still a strong defender that can contribute offensively, so it'll be interesting to see how Roma uses him.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cole is expected to sign with a non-Premier League club for the upcoming season, with Serie A side AS Roma considered the favorite, The Guardian reports.

Cole spent the last eight seasons with Chelsea, but manager Jose Mourinho decided not to bring him back after he lost his first-team spot to Cesar Azpilicueta this past season. Cole is certainly on the down-side of career, but he likely has a few decent seasons left in him.
