Amarikwa was forced to exit Saturday's 2-1 loss to Sporting Kansas City in the fourth minute with a knee injury.

He was making his first start in a month after returning from an ankle injury. The knee injury is feared to be season ending, with Henok Goitom next in line to earn more minutes down the stretch.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa was held out of Saturday's match against Columbus due to an ankle injury.

Amarikwa left Wednesday's match against the Revolution due to the injury, and it is unclear how much time he will have to miss. Henok Goitom got the start in his place.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa scored the opening goal in Saturday's 2-1 win over Toronto FC. He finished with two shots on goal and committed three fouls in 58 minutes.

Amarikwa scored just his second goal of the season and his first since early March. He committed three fouls for the third straight game and his high foul rate diminishes his fantasy value.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa (hamstring) is in the starting lineup Saturday against Dallas.

Amarikwa has missed the last four games with the injury, but he has recovered enough to be in the starting lineup Saturday. Amarikwa could have fantasy value in a potent San Jose attack, but he has not produced much possibly limiting his value.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa (hamstring) is out Saturday against Seattle.

Amarikwa has been unable to train fully this week, so it's not overly surprising he's unable to play. Chad Barrett will get the start in his absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa is questionable for Saturday's game against Seattle because of a strained right hamstring, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Amarikwa was unable to play last weekend against Philadelphia due to the injury, and with head coach Dominic Kinnear saying Amarikwa would only train half-days this week, he looks to be a long shot to be ready for 90 minutes this weekend.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa took two shots and generated a pair of assists on two key passes during Saturday's draw with FC Dallas.

The forward had yet to set up a goal this season entering Saturday's match, but he teed up Alberto Quintero in the fourth minute before putting Chris Wondolowski in for the second goal in the 55th. Amerikwa was quite productive in half a season after moving to the Earthquakes last year, and he appears to be hitting his stride once again heading into Wednesday's match versus the Red Bulls.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa scored a goal in the 2-1 victory over Portland on Sunday.

Amarikwa’s first goal of the season was a spectacular shot that will likely be a Goal of the Year candidate. After an average season last year, he is looking to improve his production, and is certainly off to a good start. The pair of Amarikwa and Chris Wondolowski will create opportunities for each other, and problems for opposing defenses this season.
