McAuley landed two shots on target, scored the opening goal and helped keep a clean sheet during a Man of the Match performance in Thursday's 2-0 win over the Ukraine.

The veteran defender sprung up to nod home the most important goal in his nation's history in the 49th minute, as the defense tightened the screws to preserve Northern Ireland's first ever Euro victory. McAuley and company have allowed just one goal through two games, but they will face a tough test Tuesday as they try to secure a place in the next round versus Germany.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley secured two interceptions and won a tackle during Sunday's 1-0 win over Manchester United.

The 36-year-old put in a solid shift as the Baggies recorded a big win, but he still made a relatively small fantasy impact. McAuley is more valuable to his team in real life than he is to fantasy owners, and this should remain the case versus Arsenal next week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley (hamstring) is returning to the starting lineup for the match against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

McAuley has been a solid piece of the defense for West Brom so far this season, and his return to the starting lineup could help keep a struggling Palace attack out of the net. However, Yannick Bolasie's return may challenge the defender in his returning match.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley (hamstring) is expected to be available Saturday against Crystal Palace, manager Tony Pulis said Friday.

McAuley has been a steady piece of the West Brom defense this season, and he looks poised to return to the starting XI after sitting out since Feb. 10. Palace have struggled to score of late, though their attack should be bolstered by the return of Yannick Bolasie.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley will not play Saturday against Everton after suffering a hamstring injury during Wednesday's FA Cup match against Peterborough, manager Tony Pulis said Friday.

McAuley has been a consistent starter for the Baggies this season, and while their defensive record isn't quite as strong as many had hoped under Pulis, it could only get worse without one of their starting centerbacks. James Chester looks likely to take his place in the first XI.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley had a team-leading nine clearances, four interceptions and four aerials won in the 0-0 draw to Aston Villa on Saturday.

West Brom defensive rearguard have been fairly solid fantasy performers throughout the season. They have tallied eight clean sheets and only one loss in the last five games. McAuley has one goal and with 2.6 aerials won average per game is a threat at every set piece. He also has merely one yellow card. He's getting another favorable matchup on Feb. 2 when the Baggies host Swansea.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley scored West Bromwich Albion's only goal in a 2-1 loss to Bournemouth on Saturday.

McAuley found himself on the receiving end of Craig Gardner's corner and made no mistake with a beautifully placed glancing header for his first of the season. Although the goal was nice, the Northern Irishman shouldn't be looked upon to produce on the fantasy front. His side has only won once in their last six matches and have failed to keep a clean sheet since a 1-0 victory over Norwich City back in October.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

McAuley served his suspension and will be available for selection Sunday versus West Ham.

The Northern Irish will be right back in the center of the defense for the tough visit to the Hammers. With Chris Brunt now suspended and the lack of another true left back, probably, Jonas Olsson or Jonny Evans will be shifted to the left side or Craig Gardner will be moved back in defense.
