Butland conceded two but made three saves and a claim in a dreadful 2-0 loss away from home to Sunderland on Saturday.

The England-starting-job candidate showed his class once more making some brilliant saves. He was helpless, though, on a couple of occasions, at the end, after two ruthless finishes from Patrick van Aanholt and Duncan Watmore. His clean sheets run has come to an end and not only that but next Saturday even harder test is on the horizon when hosting City.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made a save and five claims en route to a clean sheet and a 1-0 away victory over Southampton on Saturday.

The Brit didnít have to prove himself too much, this time around, with the Saints being very anxious and unfocused in front of the goal after allowing an early one. The Potters have been outstanding in defense lately with Butland hauling in his third straight clean sheet and fifth in six games. Heíll look to make them four in a row Saturday facing the inferior Sunderland.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made four saves while keeping a clean sheet in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Chelsea.

A clean sheet over Chelsea this season hasn't meant as much as it once did; however, during a match where Chelsea was playing as inspired football as they have all season, Butland stood strong en route to his fourth clean sheet. After a rocky start to the season, this is his fourth clean sheet in his last five matches and has vaulted Stoke into the top half of the table. He'll look for his third clean sheet in a row after the international break when the Potters take on Southampton.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland said again that he is aiming to be the primary keeper for England in the Euro tournament next summer after recording a clean sheet against Newcastle on Saturday, reports the Daily Mail.

Butland is laying down the challenge to Joe Hart, who didn't have as strong of a performance in the Premier League last weekend. Butland stressed that he is not trying to create a negative atmosphere in the national side, but aims to play next summer for England.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made six saves en route to a clean sheet in a scoreless draw to Newcastle on Saturday.

Butland continues his fantastic form and added to his league-leading saves total in this draw. With three clean sheets and 46 saves in 11 matches, Butland is arguably the best keeper in fantasy right now. He should have no problem adding to that save total against Chelsea next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made one save and conceded two goals in a 2-0 loss to Watford on Saturday.

Butland has been a great find for Stoke this season, as he has 40 saves in just 10 games played. That ranks first in the Premier League and if it weren't for Butland, Stoke would surely be closer to the bottom three. He should have another good week against struggling Newcastle next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made two saves while recording a clean sheet in Monday's 1-0 victory over Swansea.

Butland was lucky to avoid a caution or even a sending off on a cynical challenge outside of the box within the opening 20 minutes, but escaped unscathed. Since taking the reigns from the departed Asmir Begovic, Butland has acquitted himself nicely, conceding just 10 goals in nine matches and has back-to-back clean sheets. He'll look to make it three-in-a-row against Watford on Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Butland made five saves and conceded one goal in a 2-1 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.

Butland has been great for Stoke this year, as he has made 35 saves in just seven games. The downside is that he has failed to record a clean sheet and that doesn't bode well for most fantasy formats. If you play in a format that heavily favors saves, Butland is a great option. He should be in line for another good start against Aston Villa next Saturday.
