Bale was held out of Saturday's La Liga match against Levante due to a pulled glute and he could miss Wednesday's Champions League match against Liverpool, the club's official website reports.

Isco started in place of Bale on Saturday and registered a goal and an assist, showing that he can play alongside James Rodriguez, something many felt could be a problem this season. Manager Carlo Ancelotti made a point to say that he didn't want to risk Bale, which is certainly better news than potentially missing a number of matches. If he does not play at Anfield, his next opportunity will be Saturday's Clasico.

Bale had two assists during Real Madrid's 5-0 win over Athletic Club on Sunday.

Bale took six shots in the game, but his fantasy stats came mostly from being a distributor, as Cristiano Ronaldo netted a hat trick and Karim Benzema bagged a brace. Bale remains an elite fantasy option any time he takes the pitch.

Bale scored and then assisted on one of Cristiano Ronaldo's four goals during Real Madrid's 5-1 La Liga victory over Elche on Tuesday.

Bale is now second in La Liga with his four goals in four matches, which amazingly puts him five behind league-leader Ronaldo, who has netted nine times over that span.

Bale scored in the 66th and 74th minutes of Real Madrid's 8-2 La Liga win over Deportivo La Coruna on Saturday.

Bale is in excellent form right now, scoring four goals in his last four club matches in all competitions. Madrid are scoring at will right now, having bagged 13 goals in their last two matches, and while Cristiano Ronaldo will likely continue to lead them in goals, Bale figures to score plenty himself.

Bale scored in the 30th minute and then assisted on Cristiano Ronaldo's goal one minute later during Real Madrid's 5-1 Champions League victory over FC Basel on Tuesday.

Bale now has four goals in his last four games, though it should be noted that two came for Wales against Andorra in a Euro 2016 qualifier. He'll have a small break, as Madrid don't play again until Sept. 23 against Elche, when Bale will look to increase his league goal-total to two.

Bale scored in the 11th minute of Real Madrid's surprising 4-2 loss to Real Sociedad on Sunday.

Madrid took a 2-0 lead after Bale's goal, but gave it all back and then some in the second half. The goal was Bale's first of the season through two games, but he'll have to wait until after the international break to see if he can start a streak.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bale took two shots, with one on goal, during Real Madrid's 2-0 win over Cordoba on Monday.

Bale was fairly limited offensively in the match, but he remains an elite fantasy option with double-digit goal and assist potential, especially in a lethal Madrid attack that now features James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos, along with leftovers Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

Bale scored in the 110th minute to put Real Madrid up 2-1 in their eventual 4-1 win over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final Saturday.

After joining Real Madrid last summer in the biggest transfer in football history, Bale silenced the critics Saturday. He didn't have a great game, but he was big when it counted, helping Real to their 10th European Cup, and first since 2002. With Wales not in this summer's World Cup, Bale should have plenty of opportunities to rest this summer ahead of the 2014-15 La Liga season.
