Balotelli had missed more than two weeks with a shoulder injury, but returns just in time for Milan's Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday. It's been a rough season for the Italian giants, but if they can score in Spain, they have a shot at advancing to the round of eight.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Serie A fans worldwide have never had less reasons to watch the Derby della Madonnina. Regardless of the mediocrity of both clubs, the show must go on. Balotelli appears to be the biggest draw for Milan's match against Inter Sunday. He has had an exciting season filled with both blazing offense and flaring athleticism. Unfortunately, his season has also been riddled with questions of his maturity level on the pitch. As such, Balotelli remains a curiosity looking ahead to the derby.

Super Mario is called super for a good reason; he's an amazing player with great potential. Any fantasy owner knows that. He has been on the receiving end of a disgraceful amount of racist and inflammatory remarks in 2013. Serie A ought to rethink their stance on Balotelli's so-called immaturity because he has handled himself quite well considering what he's had to deal with. Feel free to prime yourself for a show from Super Mario in the derby. He is a fantasy lock and a must-play.
