Jarvis scored in the 40th minute of West Ham's 1-3 loss to Arsenal on Tuesday.

Jarvis has a tight thigh and is considered an injury doubt for Wednesday's match against Liverpool, Phil Cadden of Westgate Sport reports.

Jarvis has played sparingly in the last few matches, coming off the bench last weekend against Manchester United and an unused substitute the week prior against Stoke. It's possible the thigh issue has something to do with it, and he may be held out to give him more time to recover.

Jarvis has had a disappointing season, but maybe this goal can be a jump start to more productivity. The midfielder will have big man Andy Carroll back next weekend to play the ball into.

Jarvis pitched in Saturday with an assist on Carlton Cole's 42nd minute goal en route to a 2-0 West Ham victory over Cardiff.

While Jarvis hasn't provided much fantasy production this season, with only three assists, his value may be in for a slight boost with striker Andy Carroll finally returning to action.
