Ochoa made two saves and conceded once in Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Leganes.

Granada's miserable start to the season continues, even as Ochoa conceded fewer than two goals for the first time since their first match of the season. They now have two points from 21 and Ochoa's conceded 16 times in the opening seven matches. On loan at Granada after a poor run in his first two seasons for Malaga, he's losing viability as a fantasy option with every passing week. Things will only get tougher after the international break, when they face trips to Atletico Madrid and Barcelona in their first three matches back.

The group stage matches finish up Tuesday, but there is still plenty to be decided in Groups C and D, which should produce plenty of fantasy points.

Ochoa made three saves and allowed three goals in the 3-1 loss to Alaves on Monday.

Ochoa now has made 26 saves in his six La Liga matches this season. He's still in search of his first win of the season as the club currently sits in the bottom two on the table. The upside for him is the lack of defense for the club that forces him to face a high volume of shots which can result in a high volume of saves, however its hard to start a keeper that has a low chance of winning.

Ochoa made five saves in Friday's 2-2 draw at Betis. Once again, Ochoa had a busy game a week after making six saves against Eibar.

Granada may have the worst defense in the league, but at least he'll come up with plenty of saves each match. Home against Bilbao next match, a club that has two goals scored in three matches, it's still hard to trust Ochoa.

Ochoa made six saves in Sunday's 2-1 home loss against Eibar. The loss comes after allowing five goals in the previous game at Las Palmas.

It hasn't been a good start to the season for Ochoa or Granada. The only positive for Ochoa in this match was that he was forced into making six saves. On the road next weekend, Granada is a side to stay away from at the moment.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ochoa conceded five goals to Las Palmas in a loss on Sunday.

Moving from backup to starter this season increases his fantasy value, but playing for a team that finished 16th in La Liga play and conceded 69 goals last season decreases it. Granada have conceded six goals this season, but move into a weaker part of their schedule over the next five weeks.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ochoa conceded a goal, but also made two saves during Granada's 1-1 draw against Villarreal on Saturday.

Ochoa spent last season as a backup in Malaga, but he will be starter this year for Granada so his fantasy value should increase considerably. He finished the past season with three clean sheets and 29 saves in 11 La Liga appearances (10 starts).

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Ochoa started twice for Mexico in Copa America Centenario, earning one clean sheet, seven saves and seven goals conceded.

Ochoa was the backup in Malaga last season. The 30-year-old keeper recorded his first league appearance in over a year in March replacing injured Carlos Kameni and managed to finish the season with three clean sheets and 29 saves in 11 La Liga appearances (10 starts). Unless he wins out the starting spot, his fantasy upside off the bench will be very limited.

The entire Mexico team had a tough match in Saturday's 7-0 loss to Chile. Ochoa finished with four saves, but there wasn't much he could do to change the team's fate.

It was a difficult day for all on the Mexico team and Ochoa received the brunt of the defeat, allowing seven goals. It was an unfortunate way for the Mexican team to bow out after looking so good in group stages.
