Ramsey tallied an assist while taking three shots (one on target) in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Bournemouth.

Ramsey was involved in both goals, providing a cross to Olivier Giroud's head who then moved it over to Mesut Ozil for the first goal and then found Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for the second in as many minutes. Ramsey is so much more valuable in the middle of the park and with no Santi Cazorla, is given the opportunity to play in that deep-lying role week-in and week-out. With Francis Coquelin returning to full fitness, a Ramsey-Coquelin partnership should give the Welshman even more room to roam forward.

Despite a matchup against league-leaders Leicester City, Mesut Ozil garnered a first-place vote among midfielders, but was it enough to give him the top spot in the composite ranking?

Ramsey took two shots and provided eight crosses in Sunday's scoreless draw with Stoke.

Although he had a larger offensive role than most weeks due to the absence of Mesut Ozil, Ramsey could't quite provide the pass necessary to breech the Stoke defense. The 25-year-old was still quite active, as he once again thrived in his box-to-box role. Ramsey had factored in three goals in his previous two matches, and he will look to get back on the scoresheet next week versus Chelsea.

Ramsey scored a goal on two shots (two on target) and tallied an assist in Wednesday's 3-3 draw with Liverpool.

After Ramsey—and the rest of the Gunners—looked shell-shocked in the opening 10 minutes, conceding first in the process—the Welsh central midfielder played a beautiful 1-2 with Joel Campbell before Ramsey snuck the ball just inside the post at the quarter-hour mark. He later provided good service to Olivier Giroud for his second Premier League assist of the season. In 12 matches as a central midfielder, Ramsey has three goals and three assists across all competitions, while he has just one goal from a wide position.

Ramsey scored a goal on three shots (one on target) in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Aston Villa.

With everyone healthy, Ramsey is typically forced out on the wing where he's less effective. However, with Francis Coquelin, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere all out, Ramsey gets pushed back to the middle where he's much more comfortable—a move that's paying off in spades. In his three matches playing in a deeper lying midfield role, Ramsey has two goals and two assists, forming an excellent partnership with Mesut Ozil that will continue to pay dividends over the next few months as Cazorla recovers.

Ramsey scored a goal on seven shots (three on target) and tallied an assist in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Sunderland.

With no Alexis Sanchez or Santi Cazorla due to injury, Ramsey was able to occupy his preferred spot in the center of the park, albeit in a deeper lying role. Ramsey often took it upon himself to make something happen, showing a much quicker trigger and a willingness to shoot from anywhere that Cazorla doesn't possess. While his desire to take chances didn't cost them against the Black Cats, it could be an issue moving forward. Despite his occasional need to do too much, Ramsey was the attacking engine that kept the Gunners going and him and Mesut Ozil in the middle will keep Arsenal toward the top of the table, even without Sanchez.

Ramsey (hamstring) is available for Tuesday's Champions League match against Dinamo Zagreb.

Ramsey's return comes at a good time for Arsenal, who have used Joel Campbell and Kieran Gibbs in the attack of late. However, it's possible that the Gunners try to use him as a holding midfielder, as Francis Coquelin and Mikel Arteta are sidelined by injuries.

Ramsey (hamstring) has been ruled out for Saturday's match against West Brom.

Ramsey suffered the injury Oct. 20 against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and while he isn't ready to return, the expectation is that he should be back on the pitch early next month.

Ramsey (hamstring) was left out of the Wales international squad for the friendly with Holland, reports The Daily Mail.

The winger continues his recovery from hamstring injury. The initial prognosis was that he’ll be back after the international break and that only confirms it. His absence in addition to numerous other Arsenal midfield injuries has promoted the Costa Rican – Joel Campbell to the starting line-up on the right wing.
