Robben will miss the next six weeks as a result of the knee injury he suffered during Wednesday's DFB-Pokal win over FC Augsburg, Sky Sports reports. Bayern Munich club doctor Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt said that Robben "has a deep cut, right into his knee joint. A stud put a lot of pressure on the femur in his right leg and there is a big build-up of blood."

Robben is almost certainly done for 2013 and will miss the Club World Cup in Morocco. He will likely return by the end January, missing two Bundesliga fixtures, plus a Champions League tie with Manchester City.

Robben was involved in a nasty collision during Wednesday's German Cup match against FC Augsburg and had to be taken off on a stretcher, as he was unable to walk off the pitch due to a knee injury, Goal.com reports.

Robben, who scored a goal within the first five minutes of the match, was stretchered off after just 16 minutes and taken to the hospital to clean his wound. It's unclear how long he'll be out, although Saturday's Bundesliga match against Werder Bremen seems doubtful.

Robben (groin) came on in the 66th minute for Mario Gotze during Saturday's 2-0 win over Augsburg.

Robben suffered his groin injury back on October 26 against Hertha Berlin and hadn't appeared for Bayern since then, including missing last Tuesday's Champions League match against Viktoria Plzen. The international break comes just in time, as he'll have time to rest up before taking on Borussia Dortmund on November 23 when Bundesliga play resumes.

Robben (groin) is available off the bench for Bayern Munich's Bundesliga match against FC Augsburg on Saturday.

Robben has been sidelined with a groin injury lately that held him out of last Tuesday's Champions League match against Viktoria Plzen. With so much talent on the roster, it wouldn't be a total surprise if Robben stayed on the bench Saturday.
