Mirallas failed to log any minutes in the 1-0 win over Southampton Saturday.

The young Belgian has been in the doghouse as of late as he has been in and out of the starting lineup since his poor penalty against West Brom in January. He has been used as a sub in four matches and has started six of the 10 matches since and only has a single goal in that stretch. Everton will look to get him more playing time as they really have nothing to play for as they are a mid table team this season. Look for him to get some minutes next Saturday when Everton take on Swansea City.

Despite a hefty price tag, Leighton Baines looks like a solid play Saturday on DraftKings, with Everton the heaviest favorites among the five-game slate.

Mirallas (dead leg) returned to training this week and could feature Saturday against Southampton.

Mirallas has not played for the Toffees since March 12 against Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League, but his return would be a big boost against a Saints side that has been dominant defensively this season, especially with Romelu Lukaku possibly missing out with a hamstring injury.

Mirallas (dead leg) has not traveled for Thursday's Europa League match against Dynamo Kiev and he could be sidelined through the international break, the Liverpool Echo reports.

Mirallas was surprisingly left out of the squad last weekend against Newcastle, and manager Roberto Martinez eventually noted that Mirallas is dealing with dead leg. However, he said Wednesday that the issue is more serious than initially believed, which is why Mirallas will miss this weekend's tie with QPR as well.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas had a rough game Saturday, getting off no shots and completing only nine passes in the 0-0 draw to Liverpool before being subbed off in the 60th minute.

After being subbed off in the penalty dilemma vs. West Brom three weeks ago, Mirallas has failed to record a single shot. Mirallas is a very talented player, but it remains to be seen if manager Roberto Martinez will continue to ride the Belgian with his lack of production as well as discipline. Everton will need a big game from him to grab any points in the upcoming fixture against Chelsea this Wednesday.

Mirallas missed a penalty just before half and was subbed off for Brian Oviedo to begin the second half of Everton's scoreless draw Monday.

Mirallas had a dreadful miss that wasn't even on goal and it appears he's being punished for his indiscretion of not letting Leighton Baines take the penalty. Baines has a 14/15 penalty rate and takes penalties regularly, so it was a surprise to see the Belgian take the responsibility. Mirallas will be back in the starting XI in two weeks time when Everton take on Crystal Palace.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas was used as a substitute in the 77th minute of the 1-1 draw to Manchester City Saturday.

It was very surprising not to see Mirallas in the starting XI Saturday or receive many minutes, but maybe the manager just wanted to mix things up with the recent struggles Everton have been facing. He should return to the starting XI next Monday against West Brom.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas was subbed off at half for Romelu Lukaku and only had one shot in the 2-0 loss to Hull City Thursday.

Mirallas hardly did anything in this match totaling only 14 touches in his limited time. The substitute was likely just to get Mirallas some rest after his injury history and condensed schedule. Mirallas will be back in the starting XI next weekend vs Man City barring any unknown injury news.
