Mirallas picked up two yellow cards and was sent off in the 34th minute of Saturday's 3-2 defeat to West Ham.

Mirallas was reckless in both occasions and fully deserved to be sent off. This was the second time he was sent off this season, taking a straight red against Swansea earlier in the season. Mirallas will miss next weekend's match against Chelsea before being eligible to return against Arsenal on March 19.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas assisted twice on as many key passes and four crosses and blasted two shots (one on target) in 87 minutes of play in Tuesday's 3-1 victory over Aston Villa.

With Tom Cleverly and Arouna Kone struggling with their fitness, Mirallas was given a rare start (five starts on 14 total Premier League appearances on the season). He paid back, his manager Roberto Martinez, heftily for the entrusted role and put on a brilliant performance by snatching a brace of assists. A fully loaded Toffees' offense, though, won't allow him probably to continue starting for long and his fantasy upside won't improve much when he goes back to the bench.

Mirallas (knee) is available off the bench Saturday against Stoke City.

Mirallas was held out of Wednesday's match against Newcastle due to the ailment, and while he's recovered enough to make the bench Saturday, his fantasy value is limited because of it.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas (knee) should be available for Saturday's match against Stoke City.

Mirallas has struggled with injury at a number of times this season, but the talented winger has two goals in his past four matches. With the arrival of Oumar Niasse, Mirallas will have even more competition for playing time, but when healthy, the Belgian has shown the ability to compete at a very high level in the Premier League. Unfortunately, the "when healthy" caveat is a big one as he's found himself on the training table numerous times.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas (knee) is not in the 18-man squad to face Newcastle on Wednesday.

Mirallas was considered doubtful to play, so it's not overly surprising that he'll sit out. He was just starting to come on with more playing time, but the injury will surely be a setback in his attempt to get a regular starting spot.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas (knee) is doubtful to play Wednesday against Newcastle. "Kevin will have a couple of sessions to be reassessed, manager Roberto Martinez said Tuesday. "He will have a fitness test, even though it seems unlikely he will be fit to play. He hasn't joined the group yet and is probably two or three days away."

Mirallas was just starting to play well after fighting his way back in the starting XI, but his continued absence certainly won't bode well for getting that spot back if others step up.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas has been ruled out for Wednesday's league cup match against Manchester City due to the knee injury he suffered Monday against Swansea.

Mirallas was finally getting a taste of starting, only to have the knee issue potentially keep him out for an extended period. The club have not released any kind of return date, though Everton do have a few attacking options they can use in his place, as they have for most of the season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Mirallas scored a goal on three shots (three on target) in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Chelsea.

The winger has struggled through inconsistent playing time and poor form, but was outstanding on Saturday. He had three clear looks on goal and the fact that he only converted one says more about his country-mate Thibaut Courtois' play than Mirallas'. He has four goals in 16 matches across all competitions and both of his Premier League goals have come in the past six matches, despite being dropped from the squad in one and on the bench for two others.
