Bent was an unused substitute during Sunday's match with Everton. Fulham manager Felix Magath said Bent stayed on the bench due to a knock picked up during midweek training, the Swindon Advertiser" reports. However, Bent disputes the claim saying he practiced in full the Saturday before the match.

Injured or not, Bent has played just 14 minutes of Fulham's last four matches. It appears Magath has decided to use some of the younger striker options on the squad as the team fights to avoid relegation.

Bent was in Fulham's Starting XI for Saturday's match against Chelsea. Despite not attempting any shots, he did provide some fantasy value by picking up an assist.

Bent has not started consecutive Premier League matches for Fulham since the end of November. In limited action this season, he has scored three goals and now has one assist.

Bent returned to Fulham's Starting XI for Wednesday's match against Liverpool. Despite the increase in playing time, he finished the match with just one shot attempt and no other fantasy production.

Bent is currently tied for second amongst active Fulham players for goals scored this season. With the departure of Dimitar Berbatov, Bent was expected to fill his role and gain more playing time. However, Bent has started just two matches in 2014. If he begins to see consistent time in the Starting XI he could be a very productive fantasy option.

Bent scored off a header in stoppage time to pull Fulham even with Manchester United on Sunday.

After Bent received the nod in Fulham's starting XI last weekend, there was hope that he would see an increase in playing time after the departure of Dimitar Berbatov. That was not the case, as Bent started the match on the bench, but was still able to provide good fantasy value with a goal. Wednesday's match against Liverpool will provide a good indication of Bent's role with the team going forward.

Bent was in Fulham's starting XI Saturday against Southampton, in place of the recently departed Dimitar Berbatov. Bent finished the day with two shots that were both on target, but was unable to find the back of the net.

Bent has the ability to be a top goal scorer, but has seen fewer minutes in the last season-and-a-half. With Berbatov gone, Bent could see his role with Fulham increase which could lead to more fantasy value.

Bent has recovered from a slight hamstring injury and is set to play against Everton on Saturday, the Irish Independent reports.

Bent missed out on last weekend's match against Aston Villa due to an agreement between the club and Fulham as part of his season-long loan. The striker has two goals this season, although he hasn't found the back of the net since October 5.

Bent will be ineligible for selection into Fulham's squad Sunday against parent club Aston Villa, the Telegraph reports.

Bent was dealing with a hamstring problem and may have missed selection anyway. His sporadic playing time has kept him from being a consistent fantasy contributor as the on-loan striker has just two goals for Fulham this season.

Bent has been named to Fulham's Starting XI for Saturday's match against West Ham United.

Bent has started the last two matches for Fulham but has scored his only two goals as a substitute. West Ham United have struggled to protect their goal at home this season giving Bent some decent value this weekend.
