Vaz Te (shoulder) played 60 minutes of West Ham's behind-closed-doors friendly with Tottenham on Thursday.

Vaz Te suffered a dislocated shoulder at the end of October and hasn't been able to feature for the Hammers since then. However, he seems close to full fitness again and could feature against Chelsea on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Vaz Te suffered a dislocated shoulder during last Sunday's match against Swansea and will be out for an indefinite period, the Daily Mail reports.

There is added worry for the Hammers because Vaz Te suffered nearly the same injury last year and missed almost three months because of surgery on his shoulder.

Vaz Te scored an excellent overhead goal in West Ham's 1-3 loss to Manchester City on Saturday.

Unfortunately for the Hammers, Vaz Te's goal was merely a consolation as they were outplayed the entire match. Although Vaz Te doesn't get on the score sheet too often, he does have two goals over his last two games.

The goal was his first in Premier League play this season, although he's found the back of the net twice during Capital One Cup action as well.

Vaz Te celebrated his birthday with the second goal in West Ham's Monday match against Queens Park Rangers, proving the difference in the Hammers' 2-1 victory.

The striker scored a fantastic left-footed finish after an equally impressive cross from James Tomkins. It's only his first goal in the Premier League since 2006 (though he's on the club because of his 20-goal performance last year in the Championship). That said, with Andy Carroll returning to health and a slew of tough matches on the horizon, don't expect him to suddenly start filling his account quite yet.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Vaz Te assisted on the winning goal for the Hammers in their 1-0 victory against Aston Villa on Saturday.

The young striker was a little more unselfish than owners might like, but his ability to control the ball in a crowded space and make the smart play bodes well. It remains to be seen if West Ham can create regular offensive chances against a high-quality opponent, but against weaker teams Vaz Te is certainly capable.
