Cerci is set to miss Tuesday's Champions League clash versus PSV because of a knee injury, AS reports.

Cerci appeared to be on the move back to his native Italy during the recent transfer window, but his move was blocked after a medical revealed structural damage in his knee. As a result he has yet to appear this season, and that will remain the case was European competition kicks off this week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cerci has been ruled out of Saturday's tie with Celta due to a knee injury, according to Marca.

Cerci has been ruled out until at least November. Even when he comes back from the ailment, though, he's typically having a hard time finding playing time with Atletico Madrid.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cerci scored two penalties as Genoa defeated Torino by a score of 3-2.

The once-coveted winger is hoping to make himself relevant again. With four goals in nine matches since joining on loan from Atletico Madrid in January, perhaps a mid-table Serie A team is the best option to resurrect the Italian's career moving forward.

Cerci is off to a disappointing start for Milan, in his eight Serie A appearances this season.

Cerci has yet to score a goal for Milan, with just nine shots attempted in his eight matches. He's behind Carlos Bacca and Luiz Adriano on the team sheet, because of his inability to produce goals this season. For the remaining matches this season look for him to see limited time unless he can begin to produce goals for the squad.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cerci started just seven of his 16 appearances for Milan after arriving on loan from Atletico Madrid in January, scoring a goal with four assists in Serie A.

The 27-year-old struggled to make an impact at each of his clubs this season and never strung together any consistent stretches of quality. Cerci intends to remain with Milan until his loan deal expires in 2016 but the Italian club is rumored to be cutting the agreement short, in which case he would rejoin Atletico next season.

Cerci's lone shot attempt landed on goal, but he was unable to score and his two-game assist streak came to an end during Milan's 1-1 draw with Empoli on Sunday.

Cerci has made six appearances since coming over from Atletico Madrid early in January, and while he's still not getting consistent starts, he's certainly making the most of his opportunities.

Cerci has officially moved to AC Milan as Fernando Torres has returned to Atletico Madrid, Football Italia reports.

AC Milan has added another top winger and a player it coveted this summer. This is a good move for both clubs and players.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cerci failed to make it on the pitch during Atletico Madrid's 2-0 win over Elche on Saturday, the sixth time in the last eight matches in all club competitions that he's been an unused substitute.

Certainly more was expected from Cerci after he posted 13 goals and 10 assists last season for Torino, but he just hasn't found a way into the Atletico rotation this season and remains a very limited fantasy options, even in the deepest leagues.
