Lukaku officially transferred from Chelsea to Everton for a fee of 28 million on Wednesday, ESPN FC reports.

Everton have made the Belgian their largest signing of all time and it looks as though he'll be at Goodison Park for the foreseeable future with his five-year deal. Lukaku has a chance to be the top goal-scorer in the EPL, as he'll be the primary striking option for Everton once again.

Lukaku is reportedly on the verge of a 25 million move from Chelsea to Everton, the Daily Mail reports.

Lukaku is believed to be ready to sign a five-year deal with the Toffees, who he spent last season playing with while on loan. Lukaku had 15 league goals in 31 appearances last season and could be one of the best strikers in fantasy with the move. With Diego Costa firmly entrenched as the starting striker at Stamford Bridge, Lukaku became expendable, with the transfer fee a hefty sum that will help with FFP regulations following a summer of high-profile signings by Chelsea.

Lukaku is being given a second chance to show he deserves a spot at Chelsea, as he will travel with the club for its European preseason tour, the Daily Express reports.

Lukaku has spent the last two seasons on loan at West Brom and Everton, respectively, and he has a number of other clubs interested in signing him. However, Chelsea assistant first-team coach Steve Holland said that Lukaku will join the club during the second week of their trip and that he may be able to stay with the club for the upcoming season. A stay at the Bridge may actually be a fantasy detriment to Lukaku, who figures to be behind former Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa, who Chelsea signed this summer.

Lukaku had a fantastic season for Everton, while on loan from Chelsea, scoring 15 goals and grabbing six assists in 33 games.

Lukaku proved to be Everton's most valuable player this season and they'd love to have him back next season. It will be very tough for them to retain his services, but Lukaku has proven to be one of the most dangerous strikers in the EPL. No matter where he ends up next season, he could very well strike for double-digit goals for a third consecutive season.

Lukaku finished off his season in fine fashion by scoring a goal in the 2-0 win over Hull City on Sunday.

Lukaku really gave Everton anything and everything they could've asked for this season. This up-and-coming star finished off the 2013-14 campaign with 15 goals and six assists. The amazing thing is that he is only 20 years old. Lukaku was on loan from Chelsea this season, so he'll return there for now, but he'll garner much attention come summer transfer window time.
