Chicharito was an unused substitute for Real Madrid's 3-0 win over Getafe on Sunday, the third time in the last four La Liga matches that he failed to make an appearance.

Chicharito showed some flash early in the season, but he's been unable to get consistent playing time ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale, among others. Madrid have an option to buy Chicharito at the end of his season, as he is on loan from Manchester United, but it's unclear why they would want to add him after such a minimal impact.

Chicharito started in place of Karim Benzema (illness), and he scored a goal and assisted on another in a 5-0 victory over Levante on Saturday.

Surrounded with so many elite players such as Cristiano Ronaldo and James Rodriguez, Chicharito is bound to find his way to goals. He isn't expected to start over Benzema when he's fit, so his fantasy value is a bit limited given his usual role as a substitute.

Chicharito came on in the 77th minute for Gareth Bale and then scored in the 88th and 90th minutes during Real Madrid's 8-2 La Liga win over Deportivo La Coruna on Saturday.

Chicharito's initial strike was his first for Real Madrid since joining on loan from Manchester United at the end of the transfer window. His playing time is going to be limited given the Galacticos ahead of him on the depth chart, but he's still a solid contributor in limited minutes, as shown Saturday.

Chicharito has joined Real Madrid on loan for the season with an option to buy.

Chicharito wasn't getting any playing time at Manchester United and was openly not part of manager Louis van Gaal's plans for the season. He'll move to a Madrid side where he'll be Karim Benzema's backup, which has higher fantasy value than not playing at Man U.

Real Madrid have reportedly agreed to terms with Manchester United on a one-year loan deal for Chicharito, according the AS.

Chicharito wasn't in new United manager Louis van Gaal's plans for the upcoming season, although being sent to Real Madrid will hardly get him more playing time. While his fantasy value totally drops in fantasy Premier League, his La Liga fantasy value isn't much higher than it was in the Prem.

Chicharito started Saturday's Premier League opener against Swansea City, but he was subbed off at halftime without taking a shot.

Chicharito got the start with Robin van Persie rested and Danny Welbeck injured, but after his lackluster performance, it may be time for him to find a new home. He's been heavily linked to a number of Serie A clubs this summer, most recently with Juventus in a potential trade for Arturo Vidal.

Chicharito's manager said news would be revealed soon that could send the Mexican to Italy in exchange for Arturo Vidal, reports the Daily Mail.

Chicharito is one of the players at Manchester United that the team is willing to listen to offers for, though Vidal indicated that he is happy at Juventus. The rumors of a trade continue to persist, though.

In addition to other clubs, Southampton is now also interested in bringing Chicharito to the team as part of an agreement on the transfer of Luke Shaw, reports the Daily Mail.

The Mexican striker is also being targeted by Inter Milan and Valencia. He would serve as a reinforcement of the squad for a number of players that are expected to leave the club this summer.
