Cameron (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's match against Bournemouth.

Cameron has missed the last five matches. The absence of him and Ryan Shawcross have led to minutes for Marc Muniesa and Phil Bardsley, neither of which deserve much attention. Stoke have allowed nine goals in the last three matches.

Playing against an Everton defense that has struggled this season and will be without Seamus Coleman, Sergio Aguero takes the top spot in one of the positional rankings this week.

Cameron could return soon from his ankle injury, though manager Mark Hughes would not give a specific return date Monday, the Stoke Sentinel reports.

Cameron was playing as a defensive midfielder before suffering the injury, though he would likely be used as a centerback if he were fit because Ryan Shawcross and Marc Wilson are both sidelined. However, with all three out, Marc Muniesa will likely partner with Philipp Wollschied.

Cameron (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's match against Leicester City.

Cameron has not played since Jan. 5 against Liverpool in the league cup, and while his absence is definitely a hit for Stoke, he's been primarily playing as a defensive midfielder, which limits his fantasy upside in most formats.

Cameron (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's match against Norwich City, the Stoke Sentinel reports.

Cameron tried to train this week but apparently still felt pain in the area, which will leave either Charlie Adam or Marco van Ginkel to start in his place.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cameron could miss Saturday's match versus Doncaster because of an ankle injury.

The American played just 45 minutes in Tuesday's match versus Liverpool, and it appears he will not have enough recovery time ahead of Saturday's match versus the League One side. Cameron's issue is not believed to be serious, however, and he could return next Wednesday versus Norwich when league play resumes.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cameron's red card, which he picked up Saturday against West Brom, was overturned by the FA on Monday.

Cameron was sent off for violent conduct but it was clear that he had a good case on appeal. As such, he is eligible to play immediately, though his defensive midfield role doesn't lend itself to a ton of fantasy value in most formats.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Cameron was shown a direct red card in the 83rd minute of the heart-breaking 2-1 loss to West Brom on Saturday.

Cameron reacted badly on a slight push from Claudio Yacob and threw in a punch at the Argentine right in front of the referee's look. Direct red card dismissal followed and the defensive midfielder ended his game with three shots off target and two dribbles. Charlie Adam will probably pick up his spot with a potential three-match ban to come upon Cameron. He's not a fantasy scorer, though, and his absence won't affect many rosters.

Cameron (hamstring) is starting Monday against Everton.

Cameron's injury was not considered serious, and while he'll slot back into the starting lineup, his defensive midfield role doesn't lend itself to a plethora of fantasy points in many formats.
