Boruc made one save in Saturday's 1-1 draw to Leicester City.

In a well played game by the Cherries, Boruc was unlucky to face a penalty shot in the closing minutes of the game. The 35-year-old has yes to record a clean sheet in the Premier League, but has a lengthy track record of positive performances throughout his career. With that being said, Bournemouth's defense won't do Boruc any favors.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Boruc struggled Saturday, making just one save and conceding three goals, but he picked up a 4-3 win against West Ham.

The defense will need to play better in order for Boruc to produce for fantasy purposes. They are being out-possessed and outshot in nearly every game and they'll need to play better if they want to survive the season. It will be tough for Boruc to get many clean sheets this season as the defense is simply not up to par with the Premier League offenses.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Boruc made only one save as Bournemouth fell 1-0 at Liverpool on Monday.

Boruc's lone goal conceded came on a contentious free kick that could have drawn an offside call on Liverpool. Had the ruling gone Bournemouth's way, Boruc could have escaped Anfield needing to make merely one save to secure a clean sheet. Obviously Boruc's day went differently, but the veteran should at least be encouraged by his defense limiting scoring opportunities Monday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Boruc is not among the 18 for Southampton's Premier League opener against Liverpool on Sunday.

With Fraser Forster being brought in from Celtic to start, Boruc will likely look for a new team, as Kelvin Davis is comfortable in the backup role.

Boruc made one save in Southampton's 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Sunday.

Boruc was only beaten by a superb free-kick from United midfielder Juan Mata. After missing a number of games around the holiday period with a broken hand, Boruc managed 14 clean sheets in 29 appearances this season. Additionally, Southampton finished with the league's sixth best defensive record.
