Bunn hauled in three saves in a clean sheet performance in the 2-0 win over Norwich on Saturday.

Terrific game for Bunn who's been excellent for the Villans. He's helped immensely the team's defensive improvement over the last month logging in 12 saves, three clean sheets and only three goals conceded in the five games since he took over at the goal. Those stats have helped the Villans steal two wins and suffer only one defeat over that span. He'll have more work to do on Sunday when Aston Villa is hosting the hard-pressing Liverpool.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn hauled in four saves but conceded twice in the 2-0 away loss to West Ham on Tuesday.

After an exceptional start of his tenure at the Villa goal Bunn now checks in six goals allowed and two losses in as many games. He's still playing well but until Villa pick up the slack and start playing more quality football his fantasy upside will be significantly limited. The perfect opportunity for that comes on Saturday when the Villans are hosting the five-straight-losses Canaries.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn had no saves but snatched a clean sheet in the scoreless draw to West Brom on Saturday.

Bunn was untroubled in his third consecutive start, posting his second shutout since displacing Brad Guzan as the starter. Surprisingly, Villa seem to be on a defensive fantasy run with three games without a loss, two clean sheets and only one goal allowed in that span. Bunn is facing a tough challenge, however, on Feb. 2 when Villa visit West Ham.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn made four saves and conceded one goal in a 1-1 draw to Leicester City on Saturday.

This marked Bunn's second-straight start and the team is playing much better with him in goal. They now have four points under his belt and that's a vast improvement after sitting in dead-last all season. They might stick with Bunn to try to give this team a needed boost in order to stay up this season. Keep an eye on the starting Xi for Villa's next match against West Brom next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn may start again against Leicester City on Saturday.

Bunn got the start against Crystal Palace on Tuesday and kept a clean sheet, leading Villa to their first win since Opening Day. He's played in two other senior level matches this season, conceding once in the team's FA Cup tie against Wycombe and three against Notts County back in August. Brad Guzan hardly did much to keep the starting role for cellar-dwelling Villa, so if Bunn can string together a number of strong performances, it could be Bunn as the regular first-choice keeper.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn kept a clean sheet and made one save in Aston Villa's 1-0 win against Crystal Palace at Villa Park on Tuesday.

After Bunn was handed goalkeeping duties for Saturday's FA Cup tie against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday, many assumed Brad Guzan would resume his tenancy in the Villa goal for the clash against Crystal Palace. However, Bunn got the nod again and without being spectacular-he only had one save to make-he was solid and should hold his place. Not only was this Villa's first win since the opening day of the season,it was also their best performance for a while. With Leicester (H), West Brom (A) and West Ham (A) on the horizon, it will be tough for Bunn to add to his clean sheet tally, however.

Bunn is starting Tuesday against Crystal Palace.

With Aston Villa's defensive struggles hardly going away, manager Remi Garde is giving Bunn a go to see if he can provide any kind of spark in place of Brad Guzan.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bunn underwent ankle surgery this week and is expected to miss between four and five weeks, the Norwich Evening News reports.

Bunn wasn't getting much playing time anyway, so this should change too many fantasy lineups.
