Amarikwa (hamstring) is in the starting lineup Saturday against Dallas.

Amarikwa has missed the last four games with the injury, but he has recovered enough to be in the starting lineup Saturday. Amarikwa could have fantasy value in a potent San Jose attack, but he has not produced much possibly limiting his value.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa (hamstring) is out Saturday against Seattle.

Amarikwa has been unable to train fully this week, so it's not overly surprising he's unable to play. Chad Barrett will get the start in his absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa is questionable for Saturday's game against Seattle because of a strained right hamstring, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Amarikwa was unable to play last weekend against Philadelphia due to the injury, and with head coach Dominic Kinnear saying Amarikwa would only train half-days this week, he looks to be a long shot to be ready for 90 minutes this weekend.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa took two shots and generated a pair of assists on two key passes during Saturday's draw with FC Dallas.

The forward had yet to set up a goal this season entering Saturday's match, but he teed up Alberto Quintero in the fourth minute before putting Chris Wondolowski in for the second goal in the 55th. Amerikwa was quite productive in half a season after moving to the Earthquakes last year, and he appears to be hitting his stride once again heading into Wednesday's match versus the Red Bulls.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa scored a goal in the 2-1 victory over Portland on Sunday.

Amarikwa’s first goal of the season was a spectacular shot that will likely be a Goal of the Year candidate. After an average season last year, he is looking to improve his production, and is certainly off to a good start. The pair of Amarikwa and Chris Wondolowski will create opportunities for each other, and problems for opposing defenses this season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa had one shot and an assist in 89 minutes of play during San Jose's 2-0 win over DC United.

Amarikwa continues to be a huge pickup for San Jose since coming over in a trade with the Chicago Fire. He picked up his third assist in only eight games with San Jose and has looked like a completely different player as of late. He will look to add to his impressive start with the Earthquakes next Friday at home against the LA Galaxy.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa came away with an assist and six shot attempts, one on goal, from Friday's 1-0 win over the Rapids.

Amarikwa has come on strong of late and is seriously pestering Chris Wondolowski and Matias Perez Garcia as San Jose's most important player on offense, especially when considering that those two players only combined for two shot attempts against the Rapids. However, the Earthquakes have struggled as a whole offensively this season and were only able to muster five goals in their previous seven matches.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Amarikwa had two goals on three shots during the Earthquakes 5-2 loss to the Galaxy on Friday.

Amarikwa got the start despite coming into the game with a shoulder contusion, though San Jose is limited in the attack because Chris Wondolowski is away at the Gold Cup. He was re-acquired by the Earthquakes last week from the Fire and looks like he should get much more playing time as a result of the move.
