Jelavic was credited with a goal Wednesday after a Tom Huddlestone free kick deflected off of him and found the back of the net. The goal was his only attempt on net, as he struggled to produce his usual high shot total during Hull City's 2-1 loss to West Ham.

Jelavic has been producing high shot totals since joining Hull City in January and has led to him scoring a team-high four goals for the Tigers during his time with the club.

Jelavic had a chance from the penalty spot Saturday against West Brom, but was denied by Baggies goalkeeper Ben Foster. Despite being active with an additional two shot attempts, he was unable to produce any scoring.

Jelavic continues to lead the team in shots, but Saturday marks three consecutive matches without a goal.

Jelavic took advantage of facing a Manchester City squad with just 10 men for the final 80 minutes Saturday by attempting six shots and putting two on target. Unfortunately, none of his shots were able to find the back of the net as Hull City lost 0-2.

Jelavic has attempted more shots than anyone else in the Premier League since joining the Hull City lineup January 18. His high shot total has led to three goals, and all three have come against teams in the bottom half of the Premier League table. He'll look to add to his goal total in Hull City's next match when they host West Bromwich Albion.

Jelavic scored two goals for Hull City during their 4-0 victory over Cardiff City on Saturday.

Jelavic now has three goals since joining Hull City in January and is beginning to earn serious consideration for fantasy lineups on a weekly basis. He continues to put enormous pressure on the opposing goal, as he has led the league in shot attempts since he made his Hull City debut.

Jelavic scored on a header during Saturday's 2-0 victory over Sunderland. The Hull City striker was impressive offensively, leading the Tigers in shots yet again, but also picked up a yellow card in the win.

Jelavic was finally able to convert on his first goal as a member of Hull City. He continues to lead the team in shot attempts and will look to build off his strong performance when Hull City take on Southampton on Tuesday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jelavic was unable to find the back of the net despite taking a team-high five shots during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham. Jelavic put plenty of pressure on the goal, as three of his five shot attempts were on target, but none had the form to be a goal.

Jelavic has attempted nine shots, with on target, in his two matches since joining Hull City. His high shot total and good accuracy should eventually start leading to goals, and if he continues at his current pace he could become a good fantasy option in favorable matchup situations.

Jelavic is in the starting XI for Saturday's Premier League match against Norwich City.

Jelavic joined Hull just this week, signing a three-and-a-half year deal after transferring from Everton, so it's a bit of a surprise that he's starting already. That being said, he went to Hull for more playing time, and they are giving it to him right away.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jelavic has reportedly signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Hull City, worth a club-record 7.5 million, the Hull Daily Mail reports.

After signing with Everton in January 2012, Jelavic scored 11 goals in 16 games to close out the season. Since then, he has seen a dip in form and has fallen out of the Everton rotation. His playing time has significantly decreased, thus limiting his fantasy value. The move to Hull City should provide him plenty of opportunity to get back on track and become a decent fantasy producer again.
