Hart made two saves but allowed two goals during Manchester City's 2-1 loss at West Ham on Saturday.

Hart took a big hit from Hammers striker Enner Valencia that left him on the field trying to catch his breath for a few minutes, but he was able to play on. While he could be checked for a concussion, it's unlikely that his status for next weekend's Manchester derby will be in question.

Hart needed to make only one save to register his second clean sheet of the season in Manchester City's 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday.

Hart's last clean sheet (and first of the season) came in the season-opener against Newcastle back on Aug. 17. The City back line continues to be a work in progress, but they were good enough against a rather toothless Villa attack Saturday. A few tough fixtures arrive after the international break, as City will host Tottenham and travel to West Ham before the Manchester derby.

Hart, who was rested for Saturday's Premier League match against Hull City, will start Manchester City's Champions League match against Roma on Tuesday, ESPN FC reports.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini confirmed Monday that Hart was simply getting a rest, with Willy Caballero getting the start in his place against Hull. In addition to Tuesday's match, Hart is expected to start against Tottenham on Saturday as well.

Hart made three saves but was beaten by an own goal from Pablo Zabaleta in Manchester City's 3-1 win over Liverpool on Monday.

Hart quickly appeared to make the save on a ball that bounced off Pablo Zabaleta, although replays showed the ball went well over the line. Hart was expectedly busier Monday than he was in his saveless clean sheet to open the season, and he will likely get back to having an easier time in Gameweek 3 when Man City host Stoke City on Saturday.

Hart did not record a single save, but posted a clean sheet, during Manchester City's 2-0 win at Newcastle on Sunday.

The City defense was tight throughout the match, which resulted in the Magpies failing to finish with a shot on goal. Things will likely be much tougher in Gameweek 2, as Manchester City host Liverpool next Monday.

Hart was on the bench during Manchester City's loss to Arsenal in the Community Shield on Sunday.

Hart struggled for consistent form last season, prompting Citizens boss Manuel Pellegrino to bring Willy Caballero on board from Malaga. With City set to open its 2014-15 Premier League campaign at Newcastle next Sunday, it remains unclear who will be the preferred choice to man the goal, but Caballero didn't exactly do himself any favors in the loss to the Gunners.

Hart made one save but allowed two goals during England's 1-2 loss to Italy in their opening match of the World Cup.

Hart didn't have a chance on either goal, both a result of poor defense and poor movement on his own part. Nevertheless, he's firmly the England No. 1 keeper, and he'll have to step up his play against Uruguay on Thursday and Costa Rica the following Tuesday.

Hart didn't need to make a single save in Manchester City's 4-0 win over Aston Villa on Wednesday.

Hart's clean sheet was his second in the last three matches and his 12th this season. He'll look to hit a baker's dozen with Sunday's match against West Ham.
