Caulker was replaced at halftime of Saturday's match against Liverpool after suffering a broken hand during the first half, according to NBC Sports.

Caulker's fantasy value is about as low as it can get in most fantasy formats given his inability to contribute much in the attack and QPR's dismal defensive record this season, which makes his absence unlikely to affect too many fantasy teams.

Caulker scored in QPR's 2-2 draw with Stoke City on Saturday.

It was Caulker's first goal for the club. The 22-year-old defender, who netted five goals for Cardiff City last season, will be a constant presence in the starting XI so long as he's healthy, and he offers decent fantasy value with his ability to find the back of the net on occasion.

Caulker signed a four-year contract with Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday after transferring from Cardiff City.

Caulker scored an impressive five goals last season, although it was ultimately not enough to keep Cardiff from relegation. He'll now start in the middle of the back line alongside Rio Ferdinand, a solid duo for a club that just gained promotion back to the Premier League.

The defender started all of Cardiff's league matches last season, and would join Rio Ferdinand at QPR once the transfer is finalized.

Caulker was in Cardiff City's Starting XI for all 38 league matches this season. In addition to helping the Bluebirds keep seven clean sheets, he added five goals on 34 shot attempts.

Caulker's five goals put him in a tie for third among Premier League defenders this season. He posted career highs in goals and shot attempts as it appears the youngster is coming into his own in the back line. However, unless he gets transferred or sold this summer, he will be playing next season in the League Championship.

Caulker scored off a set piece during Saturday's 3-3 draw with West Brom.

Caulker now has five goals and trails only Seamus Coleman (Everton) and Martin Skrtel (Liverpool) for most goals by a defender this season.

Caulker scored twice for Cardiff City in their 3-1 victory over Fulham on Saturday.

Caulker took advantage of a good matchup against a struggling Fulham defense. Currently fifth among defenders in shot attempts, Caulker could be a good fantasy play against poor defenses.
