Campbell scored in the 73rd minute of Arsenal's 3-0 victory at Swansea City on Sunday.

Campbell was handed a rare start in light of countless injuries to Arsenal's right-sided attacking options, but took full advantage of his newfound opportunity. Along with leading Arsenal with four total shot attempts, Campbell put in a good shift defensively, and sealed the Gunners' win by scoring their third goal. That performance should result in Campbell seeing more minutes than usual in the coming weeks, which obviously helps his immediate fantasy stock.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Campbell is starting Saturday against Swansea City.

Campbell will get the rare Premier League start, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (hamstring), Aaron Ramsey (hamstring) and Theo Walcott (calf) all out, as manager Arsene Wenger goes for Campbell's youth over the veteran Mathieu Flamini. Campbell has plenty of pace, though his fantasy upside is dwarfed by some of his teammates.

Arsenal are prepared to let Campbell leave permanently this summer, reports the Daily Mail.

Campbell spent some time at Villarreal last season where he made 22 appearances and scored once. Benfica, Fenerbache, and Real Sociedad are said to be interested.

Campbell is expected to be sent on loan to Villarreal, who will be sending centerback Gabril Paulista to Arsenal, ESPN FC reports.

Manager Arsene Wenger said earlier this month that Campbell would not be sent on loan after Yaya Sanogo was loaned to Crystal Palace, but with Olivier Giroud, Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck ahead of him on the depth chart, Campbell will now get an opportunity for more first-team football.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Despite getting minimal playing time this season, Campbell will not be loaned out during the January transfer window, manager Arsene Wenger said Friday.

Yaya Sanogo will be sent out, so that's at least one fewer player that Campbell has to compete with for playing time, though with Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck still around, Premier League matches will be very hard to come by.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Campbell scored a goal for Arsenal against Benfica over the weekend in the Emirates Cup.

Campbell's solid performance was overshadowed by Yaya Sanogo's four goals, although neither player is expected to be a significant contributor this season with Olivier Giroud firmly entrenched as the starting center striker.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Campbell, who had a goal and an assist for Costa Rica in their upset win over Uruguay in the World Cup on Saturday, could stay with Arsenal next season instead of being sent out on loan for the fourth consecutive season, the Daily Mail reports.

Campbell has spent time with Lorient, Real Betis and Olympiacos over the last three seasons, but his stunning display for Costa Rica has earned him a shot at staying with the Gunners next season. It's unclear what moves Arsenal will make in the transfer window, but Campbell has shown an ability to produce against some of the world's best players, including a goal against Manchester United in the Champions League last season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Campbell had a goal and an assist in Costa Rica's shocking 3-1 win over Uruguay in their opening match of the World Cup on Saturday.

Campbell's goal came after an excellent first touch that allowed him to rocket a left-footed shot past Uruguay goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, and his assist came in on Marco Urena's 84th minute goal that all but sealed the victory for the Ticos. Group D is absolutely stacked, so it doesn't get much easier from here on out, as Costa Rica still have to face Italy and England.
