Vidal played four key passes and provided an assist in Tuesday’s 2-1 win (2-2 aggregate loss) against Atletico Madrid.

Vidal continued his hot streak by setting up Robert Lewandowski’s second half goal in Tuesday’s second leg Champions League semifinal match but the Reds were unable to find the all-important third goal to secure a place in the finals. Vidal and team will now shift their focus to winning at Ingolstadt this Saturday in order to claim the Bundesliga title for a record fourth season in a row.

Vidal scored a goal in Saturday’s 2-0 win against Hertha Berlin.

Vidal has been excellent lately, and his goal in Saturday’s win was his fourth in the last 10 matches, in all competitions. He has shown that he is capable of scoring in both Bundesliga and Champions League matches, which certainly helps his chances of seeing pitch action on a regular basis. Bayern Munich plays away at Atletico Madrid this Wednesday in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semifinals.

Vidal scored a goal and registered an assist in Saturday’s 3-0 win against Schalke 04.

Vidal has been on a hot streak lately, bagging three goals and an assist in his last four matches, in all competitions. Every Bayern Munich player on the pitch seems to have a good chance of scoring a goal at any given time, yet fantasy owners should be convinced by Vidal’s recent run of good form and start him in the midfield position, especially given Bayern Munich’s upcoming busy schedule. The German titans host Werder Bremen on Tuesday in the DFB Pokal before traveling to the capital to face Hertha Berlin next Saturday.

Vidal took five shots, putting four on target, and scored a goal in Wednesday’s 2-2 draw in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.

Vidal bagged the first crucial away goal for Bayern and put his side at a significant advantage over Benfica. The German title-holders won the tie 3-2 on aggregate score. His goal was an absolute rocket, fired from beyond the 18 yard box after Benfica goalkeeper Ederson Moraes parried a dangerous Philipp Lahm cross that wound up right at Vidal’s feet. The Chilean midfielder has been one of the most instrumental players for Bayern Munich in Champions League play, having scored the only goal in the first leg home victory. Bayern Munich hosts Schalke 04 in Bundesliga play this Saturday.

Vidal earned an assist on two key passes in Bayern Munich’s 4-2 comeback win against Juventus in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 second leg match.

Vidal’s assist to Kingsley Coman late in extra time closed the door on any potential Juventus equalizer as Bayern Munich advanced to the quarter final of the UEFA Champions League in dramatic fashion. He has three assists in his last five matches and has played the full 90 minutes in each of those contests, which is an encouraging sign for the former Juventus man, who hasn’t been quite as productive this season after leaving Turn for the Bundesliga title holders. Bayern Munich face FC Koln away this Saturday.

Vidal said that he rejected an offer to join Manchester United last summer, according to Sky Sports.

Vidal won the Serie A title with Juventus before moving to Bayern Munich last summer. Apparently that move included interest from Manchester United, which Vidal declined in order to join the German powerhouse with Pep Guardiola at the helm.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Vidal is struggling to find his game in Bundesliga, with only two goals and two assists in 17 matches.

After scoring 11 goals in 2013-14 for Juventus, Vidal has been on a slow decline. He scored just seven goals last year, and it looks as if he will finish with less than that this season if he continues at his current pace. It doesn't seem likely that Vidal will turn it around seeing as he hasn't scored a goal in his last seven Bundesliga matches.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Vidal took three shots, with two on target, and scored his first Bundesliga goal Saturday against Darmstadt.

Vidal is in fine form right now, as he picked up an assist in Bayern's 3-0 demolition of Olympiacos in the Champions League on Wednesday. He's got a regular spot in the starting XI, though he doesn't have the fantasy upside of many of his teammates because he's not a big goal scorer.
