Perez will miss Sunday's game against the Crew as he competes internationally with Panama, although he's expected to be available Sept. 12 against NYC FC.

Perez has slowed down over the course of the season and it seems that he'll be featuring off the bench for head coach Oscar Pareja when he returns to Dallas.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez (international duty) will start against the Galaxy on Saturday.

Perez hasn't played for FC Dallas since leaving the club for the Gold Cup back in June. Despite missing the past five games, the forward has five goals this season and is always a threat to score when he's on the field alongside Fabian Castillo.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez (international duty) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Fire.

Head coach Oscar Pareja is allowing both Perez and Je-Vaughn Watson to have the week off after making long runs with their respective countries in the Gold Cup. Perez' next opportunity to return will be against the Galaxy on Aug. 15.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez has left FC Dallas to rejoin Panama in pursuit of the Gold Cup, Stephen Hunt of the Dallas Morning News reports.

Depending on how far Panama advances in the competition, Perez could miss the majority of July. In his absence, Kellyn Acosta should be in store for added playing time.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez, who missed last weekend's match against San Jose while on international duty, took just two shots, with neither on goal, during FC Dallas' 3-0 loss at Seattle on Saturday.

Perez has not scored since May 9 against Los Angeles, and now sits on just five goals on the season, three of which came in the first two games. Dallas has scored just once in the last five games and will really need Perez to pick up the slack if they're going to bounce back from the slump.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez (international duty) will start against Seattle on Saturday.

Perez only missed one match while competing abroad for Panama and should be available moving forward for his club team. With five goals on 11 MLS appearances this season, the 34 year old is a viable option across all formats.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez has been called up by Panama for two international friendlies against Ecuador this week, which means he will not play Sunday against the Earthquakes.

The quick scheduling of the matches means Perez will only miss the single match, allowing him to return to face the Sounders on June 13. Tesho Akindele could get a start in Perez's absence.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Perez returned to the lineup on Saturday versus the Galaxy, scoring on his only shot of the game.

The Panamanian missed the team's previous match due to a red card suspension, but returned to help his team to an exciting come-from-behind victory over L.A. Perez now has five goals and an assist to his name this season and should continue to contribute mightily to Dallas' attack versus the New York Red Bulls next week.
