Azpilicueta had on one assist and one shot on goal in Saturday's 3-2 loss versus Sunderland.

Azpilicueta tallied his third assist of the season. The fullback does contribute enough in the attacking side of the ball to be relevant in terms of fantasy. Azpilicueta's next match comes Wednesday versus Liverpool.

Azpilicueta led the Chelsea defense with an early assist to go along with a clean sheet in Saturday's 4-0 win at Aston Villa.

Azpilicueta has been one of Chelsea's most consistent defenders this season and is always a threat on the wing. Unfortunately, this was the first clean sheet for the Blues since Feb. 3.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azpilicueta tallied an assist in Saturday's 5-1 victory over Newcastle.

While he and the rest of the Chelsea back line were unable to capture the clean sheet, the left back looked calm and confident throughout, roaming forward at will and tallying his second assist of the season. While he's not going to provide a ton of goals or assists, he is confident moving forward and seems to have the faith of manager Guus Hiddink.

Azpilicueta took one shot (none on target) and kept a clean sheet in Wednesday's scoreless draw with Watford.

Azpilicueta hasn't been as good as he was last season for Chelsea, but he's rounding into form as of late. That's now two consecutive clean sheets for Chelsea, who will look to make it three-in-a-row on Sunday against Manchester United.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azpilicueta kept a clean sheet in Sunday's 1-0 victory over Arsenal.

Azpilicueta wasn't troubled much by Joel Campbell, who manned the right side of the Arsenal attack until being pulled for Alexis Sanchez. The Chelsea left back was strong as always, but they are still liable to be caught out of position more this season than any year in recent memory, though the undermanned Gunners were unable to take advantage of the situation.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azpilicueta took one shot (on target) in Sunday's 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace.

Azpilicueta took an unfortunate kick that looked quite a bit painful early on in the match, but he was excellent in probing up the right side of the pitch from his left back perch. The Spaniard has one goal and an assist in 19 Premier League matches this season, but has looked better as the season's worn on.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azpilicueta could start Saturday's match against Aston Villa at right back in place of the injured Branislav Ivanovic (hamstring), the Daily Mail reports.

Azpilicueta is naturally a right-sided player, but Ivanovic has had the spot locked up for a few years. However, the injury to the Serbian will put Azpilicueta in his more comfortable spot, with Baba Rahman expected to start at left back.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Azpilicueta contributed Chelsea's final goal during their 3-2 victory at West Brom on Sunday.

Azpilicueta ventured inside from his left back position to slide home Chelsea's third goal Sunday from the top of the penalty area. In doing so, Azpilicueta scored his first career Premier League goal. A more defensive-minded fullback, Azpilicueta's goal was surely welcomed by fantasy owners, who may be disappointed with Chelsea's defensive fragility so far.
