Livermore made his first start since May in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday, reports the Daily Mail.

The midfielder had been suspended since a failed drug test. The FA did not assess a long-term ban, and he has now worked his way back to action. He played for 69 minutes before being replaced by Sam Clucas.

Livermore has been suspended by the FA after testing positive for cocaine, the BBC reports.

Unless Livermore appeals, and it's accepted, he will not play in the season-finale against Manchester United, a game Hull must win to help avoid relegation. According to the report, players who test positive for illegal drugs, not including performance-enhancing ones, face a two-year ban.

Livermore scored his first goal of the season Sunday during Hull City's 1-2 loss to Tottenham.

Despite the goal, Livermore's fantasy value remains low as the midfielder has yet to attempt more than one shot in any match and provides unreliable production.

Livermore picked up a yellow card but also grabbed an assist on Nikica Jelavic's 89th minute goal during Hull City's 2-0 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Livermore doesn't figure into the attack much, and the assist was his first of the Premier League season. He has yet to take more than one shot in a match this year and he remains a fairly limited fantasy producer in most formats due to his defensive stances.

The yellow card was Livermore's first of the season. He still has limited fantasy value as he has attempted just three shots on the season and has not attempted more than one in any match this season.

Livermore scored a goal and assisted on another during Saturday's 4-0 victory over Cardiff City.

Livermore now has three goals and four assists on the season. The addition of Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic has made him an auxiliary option in the Hull City attack, but he has remained productive with two assists and one goal in his last three matches.
