Bony (knock) is available off the bench Saturday against Newcastle.

Per usual, Sergio Aguero will get the start, with Bony a possible option off the bench, making him a fairly weak fantasy option given the limited playing time (if any).

DraftKings Fantasy Soccer: Saturday EPL Picks

Manchester City are the biggest favorites to win Saturday, and striker Sergio Aguero looks to be a great fantasy play, though Alex Spalding has a few other picks if Aguero's knee injury holds him back.

Bony (knock) is available against Newcastle on Saturday, according to manager Manuel Pellegrini.

Bony has been dealing with a knock of some sort, but is available to play against Newcastle. Bony has had trouble getting starts during his tenure with Man City, as Sergio Aguero continues to dominate the playing time. However, he will provide an extra attacking option off the bench.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony (knock) will not play Saturday against Tottenham.

Bony wasn't guaranteed a starting spot anyway, so while his absence isn't a huge blow to Man City, there are plenty of fantasy owners who have been trying to use him as an alternative to Sergio Aguero.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony will begin Saturday's match against West Ham on the bench.

The acquisition of Kevin De Bruyne might be the undoing of Bony, since Bony may be a fixture off the bench for the remainder of the season as Sergio Aguero serves as the lone forward for City. All is not lost, however, as manager Manuel Pellegrini will likely tinker with his formation as the season trudges along.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony had two shots on target in Saturday's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Bony assumed the role as lone striker following Sergio Agüero's (knee) early injury. The Ivory Coast man's hold up play was exemplary throughout and he made three key passes as well as the two shots on target. Should Agüero be out for a prolonged period, Bony will be a good bet for goals given the potent nature of City's midfield.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony (foot) is starting Saturday against Crystal Palace.

Bony returned to full training just this week, and given that he wasn't starting consistently before the injury, it's a bit surprising he'll start alongside Sergio Aguero. City could put up plenty of goals, and Bony offers a solid differential to the Argentine.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony (foot) returned to full training this week and is hoping to play Saturday against Crystal Palace. "I should be available for Saturday," Bony said Friday. "My foot is feeling fine and I'm eager to get my season going. The injury happened in training during a tackle. It wasn't anything unusual and I didn't feel that much pain but when I look at my foot I saw the blood and knew it was a bad cut. I had seven stitches and then it was a case of just rest and letting it heal."

Despite the return to fitness, Bony is unlikely to find a consistent spot in the starting lineup, as manager Manuel Pellegrini continues to prefer a single-striker attack, which is currently headlined by Sergio Aguero.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bony has been ruled out for Saturday's match against Watford because of a cut on his leg, though manager Manuel Pellegrini said he thinks Bony could return after the international break.

Bony has found playing time very hard to come by this season because Sergio Aguero has been fit and playing well, so while his absence is likely to hurt a few fantasy teams, he was unlikely to make a significant impact.
