Payet had two assists and created six chances but couldn't help West Ham from slumping to a 4-2 defeat at West Brom on Saturday.

If West Ham are going to get out of the rut they are in right now a lot will depend on the form of Payet. Unlike those around him, he was superb again yesterday. So regardless of the fantasy format you are playing, Payet is a bona fide star.He scores,he assists, he creates chances and he will have a chance to get the Hammers back on track next week against Southampton.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet had two assists and five shots (one on target) in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Watford.

It was Payet's first start of the season, and his class was evident immediately. As dynamic as ever on the right wing, Payet set up both West Ham goals, the second of which included pristine technical ability on his part. Now fully fit, Payet is back to being a top midfield option.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet (leg) came off the bench in France World Cup qualifier against Belarus on Tuesday.

Payet has been struggling with his health and fitness in the beginning of the season missing two Premier League matches and having no starts. With four more days of practice he should be a full go Saturday for the struggling Hammers.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet (leg) is not in the 18-man squad for Sunday's match with Manchester City.

Payet will miss his second straight match with a leg injury. West Ham will try to compensate for his absence by playing in a 3-5-2 system. Michail Antonio and Arthur Masuaku will play in the wing-back roles with Cheikhou Kouyate and Gokhan Tore playing higher up the pitch.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

After missing out completely last match due to a leg injury, manager Slaven Bilic revealed that Payet will return for Sunday's match at Manchester City.

This is obviously big news for West Ham, but how much Payet plays will be up for debate. Also, this isn't the best matchup for Payet to return in, playing at the Etihad.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet has picked up a leg injury and is unavailable for Sunday's match with Bournemouth.

Payet's absence hurts West Ham as he is their star player and primary free-kick taker. Although his injury does not sound serious, he will miss the Bournemouth match at the very least.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet is not in the 18-man squad for Sunday's match with Bournemouth.

Payet is not available for Sundays match after coming on as a substitute in Monday's 2-1 loss to Chelsea. Michail Antonio and Gokhan Tore will start on the wings for the Hammers.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Payet came on in the 67th minute and attempted two shots (one on target) in Monday's defeat to Chelsea.

The creative midfielder was given an extended holiday due to France's long run in the Euros, but was deemed fit enough to both crack the 18-man squad and feature in the first match back. His best opportunity was a free kick from a goal-scoring area that clanked harmlessly off the wall. It won't be long until he returns to the starting XI, with supporters likely eager to see him help open Olympic Stadium in Premier League play next weekend against Bournemouth.
