Aubameyang scored and got an assist in Dortmund's 2-2 draw Saturday with SC Paderborn.

Aubameyang was initially a doubt for the game having suffered from gastric flu through the week. There was no sign of lingering fatigue however as Aubameyang scored his first Bundesliga goal since Sept. 29 and then assisted Dortmund's second goal in the first half. On 12 minutes Aubameyang converted Erik Durm's assist and on half-time executed an excellent reverse pass to put Marco Reus in on goal. In addition, Aubameyang missed two early opportunities and had one shot saved in the second half as the lively winger showed just how much of a threat he can be for Dortmund.

Aubameyang was full of energy and creative throughout as Dortmund dominated Borussia Moenchengladbach in a 1-0 win Sunday.

It says a lot about how dominant Dortmund were in attack against Gladbach when Aubameyang had 4 shots on goal but ranked only third place for shots in his team. He was part of a fine Dortmund attack and apart from having a shot well-saved by Gladbach goalkeeper in the first half, Aubameyang made several pacey and incisive runs which the opposition found difficult to deal with. It was another decent game for Aubameyang, although with only three goals in the league this season the former St-Etienne man will be looking to add to his tally in upcoming games.

Aubameyang got an assist in Dortmund's 4-1 win Tuesday against Galatasaray in the Champions League.

Aubameyang set-up Ciro Immobile after a great counter-attack down the wing. It's his second consecutive assist having crossed for Marco Reus' goal in the weekend's 'Der Klassiker' clash with Bayern Munich. Aubameyang also nearly scored towards the end against Galatasaray in a game in which he was dangerous throughout.

Aubameyang got an assist and was a threat throughout in Dortmund's 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich Saturday.

Aubameyang started in attack for Dortmund and did well, his pace being a constant threat on the break. He assisted Marco Reus' goal with a great run and cross and then had plenty of joy on the counter attack as Bayern streamed forward in search of an equalizer. Aubameyang also had a team high of four shots, including a first half chance that was thwarted by Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. It was an impressive performance by the striker but ultimately not enough to beat the champions.

Aubameyang was lively but failed to trouble the opposition's goal as Dortmund lost 1-0 Saturday to Hannover.

Aubameyang registered two shots all game and struggled to make an impact on proceedings. His blistering pace was vital to Dortmund's swift counter attacks but ultimately there was no end product. It speaks volumes that Dortmund's top scorer only has three Bundesliga goals for the season and the last of those came on September 27. The Pokal Cup game against 2.Bundesliga's St. Pauli Tuesday will be a good chance to end his mini goal drought in domestic competition.

Aubameyang scored a brace as Dortmund easily overcame Galatasaray 4-0 in the Champions League Wednesday.

Dortmund can't buy a win in the Bundesliga but made it three wins in three in the Champions League as Aubameyang scored twice within the first 18 minutes. Firstly he tapped in Marco Reus' beautiful delivery and then met Lukasz Piszczek's cross to make it two. The Gabonese striker then should have bagged a first half hat-trick but inexplicably hit the post with the goal gaping. All in all however it was a clinical display and Aubameyang will fancy his chances to get on the score-sheet at the weekend when Dortumnd face a Hannover side who have lost their last three matches.

Aubameyang came on as a 68th minute substitute but did little to affect the game as Dortmund lost 2-1 Saturday to FC Köln.

Aubameyang was dropped to the bench despite numerous good performances this season, probably down to Jürgen Klopp's eagerness to give a host of returning stars a run-out. It was a shame for Aubameyang who had scored a brace for Gabon in the week and would have been looking to extend his scoring streak. He replaced Henrikh Mkhitaryan after 68 minutes but struggled to get involved, managing no shots or crosses in his appearance.

Aubameyang scored both goals Sunday as Gabon beat Burkina Faso 2-0 in African Cup Of Nations Qualifying Group C.

Aubameyang who has scored three league goals in seven for Dortmund this year, carried his decent form onto the international stage. First he netted in the 67th following a defensive mistake and soon added a second in the 74th. The win and the performance will do Aubameyang's confidence a world of good as he returns to action with Dortmund at the weekend.
