Courtois made five saves and kept a clean sheet in Sunday's 4-0 victory over Manchester United.

Playing against his former manager in Jose Mourinho, Courtois put up arguably his best performance since Chelsea won the title in 2014-15. After a thorough drubbing at the hands of Arsenal where Courtois conceded three, he's now kept three-consecutive clean sheets to give him four for the season. Now just a point out of first, Chelsea face a tough spell where they travel to London Stadium in the EFL Cup mid-week to take on West Ham, followed by a trip to Southampton and then a visit from Everton ahead of the international break.

While only four teams are in action during the Premier League's Sunday slate, there is still plenty of firepower, headlined by Man City's Sergio Aguero.

Courtois did not make a save and kept a clean sheet in Saturday's 3-0 victory over Leicester City.

It was a quiet afternoon for the Belgian as the title-holders did not have a shot on target all afternoon—the first time since 2012 the previous season's holders hadn't put a single shot on frame. That's now back-to-back clean sheets for Courtois, the first time he's accomplished that feat since February of last season. The Blues face a difficult spell upcoming with a visit from Manchester United next Sunday before trips to West Ham (EFL Cup) and Southampton to close out the month.

Courtois made three saves and allowed no goals in Saturday's 2-0 win over Hull City.

Courtois began an ended his first half with spectacular saves. After getting a palm to a Robert Snodgrass free kick in the third minute, he made an equally-outstanding diving save on a blistering shot by Ryan Mason. His talent always makes him a decent fantasy option, but with only two clean sheets and a tough matchup to come, he's not an elite keeper for Match Day 8.

Courtois allowed three goals and made a pair of saves during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Arsenal.

The Gunners dominated the match and raced out to a 3-0 lead inside 40 minutes, although there was little he could do on any of the goals. After a strong start to the season, Courtois has now allowed seven goals in his last three matches and will need to produce a better result next Saturday versus Hull City.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Courtois was beaten twice and came up with three saves during Friday's 2-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool.

Courtois could do little on either of the two goals, as Dejan Lovren was unmarked as he buried a cross from in close in the 18th minute, and Jordan Henderson doubled the lead with a stunning curling strike in the 36th. The loss was Courtois' first of the season, but he has now conceded a pair of goals in back-to-back matches and will look to get back on track Tuesday versus Leicester City in the League Cup, as a fixture with Arsenal will follow next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Courtois did not make a save, conceded twice and was issued a yellow card in Sunday's 2-2 draw with Swansea City.

With nothing to do for the vast majority of the opening hour, Courtois was pressed into action on a quick counter by Swansea, recklessly jumping in, missing the ball and taking out Gylfi Sigurdsson, conceding a penalty on the way. Courtois may have been lucky to avoid a straight red, which he caught against the Swans last season on a similar play. Some two minutes later, he conceded again after Leroy Fer took advantage of a Gary Cahill mistake to give the Swans the advantage. While Courtois is still highly-rated, it's been since Chelsea's title run that he's truly been the top keeper Chelsea need if they are to contend for more silverware.

Courtois kept a clean sheet Saturday in a 3-0 victory against Burnley.

Courtois had an easy time in goal Saturday, not forced to make a save, against a Burnley squad that will likely be in a relegation battle. This is Courtois’ first clean sheet of the season and the keeper will look to make it two straight against Swansea City on September 11th.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Courtois made one save while conceding one in Saturday's 2-1 victory against Watford.

Courtois was not challenged often in the match and was defenseless against a wonderful header by Watfords' Etienne Capoue. Courtois has conceded one goal in both of the matches to start the season. Courtois' next match is Saturday against Burnley.
